摘  要：随着新媒体时代的到来，网络信息资讯的快速发展，高校共青团思想引领方式跟从前相比变得更加多元化，传播方式更加高效快捷，传播范围更加广泛，与此同时新媒体时代的到来也给思想引领工作带来了更多的困难和挑战。为打破当前高校共青团思想引领所面临的困境，该文对新媒体时代高校共青团思想引领的现状进行阐述，客观分析工作中存在的问题，并针对网络思想引领工作中存在的学生参与度低、风险防范能力不足、队伍结构不稳定、网络监管难度大等亟待解决的问题，着力从丰富引领内容、优化设计体系、建立互动平台、树立榜样引领、提升队伍能力5个方面探讨解决问题的途径，期望能为高校共青团思想引领工作带来新的突破。

On the Ideological Guidance of the Communist Youth League in Colleges and Universities under the Background of New Media

Abstract： With the advent of the new media era and the rapid development of network information， the ideological leading mode of the Communist Youth League in colleges and universities has become more diversified， more efficient and faster，and with a wider range of dissemination. At the same time， the arrival of the new media era also brings more difficulties and challenges to the ideological guidance work. In order to break the current dilemma faced by the ideological guidance of the Communist Youth League in colleges and universities， this paper expounds the current situation of the ideological guidance of the Communist Youth League in colleges and universities in the new media era， objectively analyzes the problems existing in the work， and in view of the problems that need to be solved urgently in the network ideological guidance work， such as the low degree of student participation， the lack of risk prevention ability， the instability of the team structure， the difficulty of network supervision， etc. This paper discusses the ways to solve the problems from five aspects： focusing on enriching the leading content， optimizing the design system，establishing an interactive platform， setting an example to lead and improving the team's ability， hoping to bring new breakthroughs to the ideological guidance of the Communist Youth League in colleges and universities.

1  高校共青團网络思想引领的现状

当前，各高校共青团在利用网络进行思想引领方面初步取得成效。一是进一步完善了网络思想引领机制。各高校在宣传形式上更多采用线上+线下双重宣传，有意识地与学生进行双向互动，形成充满活力的良好局面。构建了以校、院、社团、班级为主线的网络矩阵，构成由学校到班级的四级有效联动机制。二是各高校网络思想引领队伍基本配备齐全。各高校团干部、辅导员、学生干部有意识地加入到网络平台中来，占领网络舆论阵地，形成了一支“网络红军”队伍。……
