Emotional Education Penetrates into the Methods of Primary School Class Management

【Abstract】With the implementation of quality education，the management of class teachers has become the key to the normal development of education and teaching. However，as far as the current management of primary school head teachers is concerned，there are generally many shortcomings，which have a negative impact on the quality of education and teaching. Emotional education is the main component of elementary school class management，and the level of emotional education directly affects the management quality of the head teacher to a certain extent. Therefore，the primary school head teacher should pay more attention to emotional education to provide a strong guarantee for the effective development of class management.

小学班主任在开展管理工作时，可合理利用情感教育的力量对学生进行相应的教育与管理，使学生综合素养得以提升。与此同时，将情感教育渗透在小学班主任管理工作中，能有效强化教师教育感染力，达到事半功倍的班级管理效果。因此，小学班主任应及时转变传统班级管理理念，通过科学合理的方法在管理工作中融入情感教育，为提升管理工作质量，促进小学生今后全面发展奠定基础。

1.情感教育渗透小学班主任管理工作的意义

在小学课堂教学中，由于小学生正处于开发智力与思维能力的关键时期，所以在此阶段对其进行管理，能帮助学生树立正确的人生价值观。而在小学班主任管理工作中渗透情感教育，既能开发学生智力，培养学生良好的情感，也能有效提升班级管理效率，为课堂教学工作顺利开展提供有力保障。首先，将情感教育与小学班主任管理工作进行较好融合，能够营造轻松愉悦的教学氛围，使学生身心得到健康发展。就目前管理工作情况而言，小学班主任在管理工作时，受外界因素影响，难以有效落实。因此，小学班主任应结合学生心理需求，开展情感教育工作，开拓学生思维能力，全面提高班级管理质量，促进学生学习水平的提高。其次，因处于小学时期的学生年龄普遍较小，对外界事物的认知不够成……
