摘  要：初中道德与法治学科是培养学生形成良好的思想道德品质与法治素养的学科，对学生的一生的学习和生活都发挥着不可代替的影响。但受传统的教学观念与应试教育的影响，我国大部分的初中思政教师依旧采用传统的以教师为主体的灌输式教育模式，长此以往，会导致初中生产生厌学的不良学习心理。作为思政教师，应将工作重点放在教学理念、教学方法的创新上，有计划地、有目的性地增加师生互动和生生互动，打造互动课堂，从而提高优化教学质量。

Exploration and Analysis of Interactive Teaching in the Teaching of Morality and Rule of Law in Junior Middle High School

【Abstract】The discipline of morality and rule of law in junior middle school is a discipline to cultivate students to form good ideological and moral quality and rule of law literacy. It plays an irreplaceable role in students' life and study. However，influenced by the traditional teaching concept and exam oriented education，most junior middle school ideological and political teachers in China still adopt the traditional indoctrination education mode with teachers as the main body. In the long run，it will lead to the bad learning psychology of junior middle school students. As ideological and political teachers，we should focus on the innovation of teaching ideas and teaching methods，increase teacher-student interaction and student-student interaction in a planned and purposeful way，and create an interactive classroom，so as to improve and optimize the teaching quality.

優秀的面授课程应重视学生的课堂参与度，重视其学习过程与学习体验感，但受传统的教学观念和应试教育的影响，目前，我国很多初中道德与法治课堂依旧采取以教师为主体的填鸭式教学模式，，很多教师认为将教材中的知识原封不动的传授给学生即可，忽视学生的学习自主性与学习体验感，课堂缺乏互动性，导致教学效果低下。所以，初中思政教师应该采用科学合理的方式增加课堂的互动性，这里的互动性不只是指师生之间的互动，还包括生生之间的互动，以及学生自我内心的互动，从而激活课堂氛围，构建出一个平等民主、轻松愉悦、多元主体的道德与法治互动课堂。

1.构建平等和谐的师生关系

学生在传统的灌输教育模式下，已经养成了被动学习的习惯，对于教师的提问，多采取被动、逃避的态度，不会主动思考、主动发言。……
