摘  要：文章首先对本科高校物流管理专业课程建设的现状进行了分析，具体体现高校物流管理专业立足区域的专业特色性、理论课程中实践性引入、专业知识体系与思政课的融入性教学、实习实践课程的应用性方面。然后分析了目前本科高校在培养应用型、具备物流思政的物流管理人才方面存在的不足;并针对以上问题给出创新性策略，部分措施以具体示例的方式给予了表达。

Abstract： This paper firstly analyzes the current situation of the course construction of logistics management major in colleges and universities. In particular， from the aspects of specialty characteristics of the regions in which logistics management major is based， practical introduction into theoretical courses， integration of professional knowledge system and ideological and political courses， and application of practical courses. Then it analyzes the shortcomings of training practical logistics management talents with logistics thinking and politics in undergraduate universities at present. In addition， innovative strategies are given for the above problems， and some measures are expressed in the form of concrete examples.

目前，大多數本科高校已经形成完整的物流管理专业人才培养体系，在课程建设中能够兼顾物流管理、采购管理、供应链管理、冷链物流、国际物流等专业课程，以及有特色的实习实践课程。现阶段高校逐步开展和建立思政教学，将思政与各个专业知识相结合，但是对于跨学科的知识融合具有一定的难度，对专业教师也提出了更高的要求。而培养具备良好思想品德的学生和具有良好职业道德的物流管理人才是物流管理专业非常重要的方向。高校本科物流管理专业的重点，是使学生掌握扎实的物流管理专业知识及培养符合市场需求的物流管理专业人才。

1  高校物流管理专业课程建设现状及不足

国内本科高校物流专业分布广泛，部分高校很好的结合了区位优势，建立了立足区位特点的本科物流管理专业，如具备港口和进出口优势的地区能够开设国际物流专业等。……
