摘  要：在成果导向教育教学改革中，提出了5大学习领域，确定了23个POC，将POC落实到专业具体课程，分解为课程预期学习成果SOC和单元预期成果SUOC，构建了专业、课程和学习单元的有机统一体;采用多种教学方式，达到与预期学习成果相匹配;实现企业需求、培养目标、课程体系和教学内容有机衔接;建立教学资源建设规范;建立多层次评价、诊断与改进体系，持续改进人才培养质量。

Abstract： Many steps are taken in the application of outcome-based education. Five learning areas are put forward and 23 profession outcomes（POCs）are determined， which are implemented into specific courses. The POCs are then divided into the expected subject outcomes（SOCs）and the expected subject unit outcoms（SUOCs）. All of these mentioned above have built an organic unity of majors， courses and learning units. Multiple teaching methods are adopted to match the expected POCs. The needs of enterprises， educating objectives， curriculum system and teaching contents are organically linked. Teaching resources construction norms are established. Finally， multi-level evaluation， diagnosis and improvement systems are established to continuously improve the quality of talents training.

物流管理专业虽然属于财经大类，但是专业的交叉性很强，涉及到经济学、管理学、信息学、机械学以及工程學等学科知识，学生就业口径也很宽。物流行业本身是国民经济的基础性行业，并随着各地产业格局、经济发达程度而呈现出不同的行业分布特征。广东交通职业技术学院物流管理专业的培养方向为跨境物流，为粤港澳大湾区的跨境物流、保税仓储、报关及货代、跨境电商等企业，培养从事跨境贸易运输组织、保税储备管理、物流信息处理、跨境电商物流运作、报关报检操作等工作的复合型人才。如何在三年的时间内让学生掌握跨境物流的基础知识和相关技能、具备从事相关岗位的能力是人才培养的核心任务。为了尽快与国际先进的教育理念接轨，专业团队进行了一系列的探索，采用成果导向教育理念（Outcome-based Education，OBE），创新人才培养体系。……
