摘  要：随着低碳经济时代的到来，实施绿色供应链管理已成为制造业提高竞争力的重要战略。而对于胶合板这种污染严重且能耗大的产业，具有很大的节能减排空间，因此构建胶合板产业绿色供应链十分有必要。文章将从金融扶持的角度出发进行如何推动胶合板产业绿色供应链建设的研究，对提高经济效益、加强环境保护、平衡生态资源三方面进行有机统一，以此来促进胶合板产业的良性循环和竞争力的提高。

Abstract： With the advent of low-carbon economy era， the implementation of green supply chain management has become an important strategy to improve the competitiveness of manufacturing industry. For plywood industry， which has serious pollution and high energy consumption， there is a lot of space for energy conservation and emission reduction， so it is necessary to build a green supply chain of plywood industry. From the perspective of financial support， this paper studies how to promote the construction of green supply chain of plywood industry， and organically unify the three aspects of improving economic benefits， strengthening environmental protection and balancing ecological resources， so as to promote the virtuous cycle and competitiveness of plywood industry.

1  概  述

绿色供应链概念。绿色供应链是企业在生产供应链各个环节中进行综合考虑环境影响和资源利用效率的现代管理模式。从产品原料的获取、加工、包装、运输、销售、使用及报废处理的整个过程中贯彻绿色理念，以此来促进经济与环境的协调平衡发展，使其对环境的污染尽可能小，资源的利用效率尽可能高[1-2]。

金融扶持概念。金融扶持是政府及金融机构出台相关的政策及开展一系列工作，通过对产业各个环节给予资金的支持以及优惠政策来促进产业的发展。除了对小微企业进行扶持，也可以对一些贯彻绿色发展理念的大型企业进行资助，使其能够更好地落实发展观念、保护环境。

胶合板产业概述。胶合板是家具常用材料之一，通常也用于交通工具、建筑物和包装箱等，由于其具有良好的性能，使该产业得到了快速的发展[3]。……
