摘  要：乡村振兴战略背景下，以习近平同志为核心的党中央提出要进一步巩固拓展脱贫攻坚成果，接续推动脱贫地区发展和乡村全面振兴。为实现巩固拓展脱贫攻坚成果同乡村振兴有效衔接，广东佛山在特色农业、美丽乡村、农村改革等方面扎实推进。农产品的跨境电商随之迎来了春天，成为一种新兴的扶贫方式，也成为促进脱贫攻坚成果同乡村振兴有效衔接的重要手段。与之相对的是跨境电商物流的发展速度相对滞后，借助SWOT分析方法，考虑广东佛山农产品跨境电商物流发展的内外因素，进行不同组合、扬长避短，对广东佛山农产品跨境物流的发展策略选择进行分析，提出相关思考与建议，以促进广东佛山农产品跨境物流的发展。

Abstract： Under the background of rural revitalization strategy， the Party Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping as the core put forward that we should further consolidate and expand the achievements of tackling poverty， and continue to promote the development of poverty alleviation and rural revitalization. In order to consolidate and expand the achievements of poverty alleviation and effectively link up with rural revitalization， Foshan， Guangdong province has carried out solid implementation in characteristic agriculture， beautiful countryside and rural reform. The cross-border e-commerce of agricultural products ushered in the spring， becoming a new way of poverty alleviation， and an important means to promote the effective connection between poverty alleviation achievements and rural revitalization. In contrast， the development speed of cross-border e-commerce logistics is relatively slow. With the help of SWOT analysis method， considering the internal and external factors of the development of cross-border e-commerce logistics of agricultural products in Foshan， Guangdong province， this paper analyzes the development strategy selection of cross-border logistics of agricultural products in Foshan， Guangdong province， and puts forward relevant thinking and suggestions， to promote the development of cross-border logistics of agricultural products in Foshan， Guangdong province.

2020年10月29日，中共中央第十九屆五中全会审议通过《中共中央关于制定国民经济和社会发展第十四个五年规划和二O三五年远景目标的建议》（后面简称《建议》）。《建议》中提出把不断巩固拓展脱贫攻坚成果、扎实推进乡村振兴战略列为“十四五”时期经济社会发展的主要目标，将实现巩固拓展脱贫攻坚成果同乡村振兴有效衔接作为未来五年全国农业农村发展的重点任务。同时中共中央国务院于2021年3月公开发布的《中共中央国务院关于实现巩固拓展脱贫攻坚成果同乡村振兴有效衔接的意……
