摘  要：农村生活垃圾分类处理是实施生态振兴的助推器，有助于农村人居环境的改善，是乡村振兴工作的重要部分。基于江苏省农村地区的调查数据，分析其垃圾分类现状和农村居民生活垃圾分类意愿。结果表明：江苏省农村垃圾分类现状南北差异较大，垃圾分类处理的支付意愿由苏北到苏南呈现递增的趋势，且愿意以罚钱等惩罚措施来约束居民垃圾分类行为的，也是由北向南呈现递增趋势。基于结论并提出政策建议，为江苏省开展垃圾分类工作提供借鉴。

Abstract： The classified treatment of rural domestic waste is a booster for the implementation of ecological revitalization， contributes to the improvement of rural living environment， and is an important part of rural revitalization. Based on the survey data of rural areas in Jiangsu province， the current situation of garbage classification and the willingness of rural residents to classify domestic waste are analyzed. The results show that the current situation of rural garbage classification in Jiangsu province is quite different from the north to the south， and the willingness to pay for garbage classification is increasing from northern Jiangsu to southern Jiangsu， and is willing to restrict residents' garbage classification behavior by penalty and other punitive measures. it also shows an increasing trend from north to south. Based on the conclusions and put forward policy recommendations， to provide reference for garbage classification in Jiangsu province.

2021年中央一號文件对全面推进乡村振兴作出总体部署，实施农村人居环境整治提升五年行动，《国民经济和社会发展第十四个五年规划和2035年远景目标纲要》中再次强调“实施乡村建设行动，改善农村人居环境，稳步解决‘垃圾围村等突出的环境问题，推进农村生活垃圾就地分类和资源化利用”。农村人居环境的改善是建设美丽中国的全局性问题，也是实施乡村振兴的第一场硬仗。但随着农村社会经济的高速发展，产生的垃圾也越来越复杂多样，农村环境面临着更严峻的挑战。“十四五时期”是全面推进乡村振兴的关键期，生态振兴作为乡村五大振兴之一，生态宜居是其内在要求，故开展农村垃圾分类工作，推进农村人居环境的改善，实施生态振兴具有重要的战略意义。
