摘要：本文通过分析目前高校实验室安全教育存在的问题，结合湖北汽车工业学院现有实验平台的实际情况，针对如何提高学生学习实验室安全教育的主动性、安全意识、应急处理事故的能力等，并依据“新工科”“专业认证”“共享实验平台”等行业大背景，打造网络化、共享化、理论+实践的实验室安全教育平台，针对不同专业，因材施教，融合行业发展，体现专业特色，打破专业壁垒的同时实现复合型人才的培养。项目平台稳定运行后，主动服务地方、高校、企业，并以此为基础，不断优化扩展，长效服务“新工科”建设。

Construction of Laboratory Safety Education Platform under the Shared Background of "New Engineering"

——Taking Hubei Institute of Automotive Technology as an Example

Abstract： This article analyzes problems in laboratory safety education in colleges and universities， combined with the actual situation of automobile industry of hubei province college of the existing experimental platform， aiming at how to improve the students' learning initiative of laboratory safety education， safety awareness and accident emergency response ability， and on the basis of "new engineering""professional certification""sharing experiment platform" big background， to create a network， sharing， theory + practice laboratory safety education platform， for different majors， individualized teaching， integration of industry development， reflect professional characteristics， break professional barriers at the same time to achieve the training of compound talents. After the stable operation of the project platform， it will actively serve local governments， universities and enterprises， and on this basis， it will continue to optimize and expand to serve the construction of "new engineering" for a long time.

實验室是高校开展实验教学、科研创新的重要基地，是技术开发、社会服务的重要场所，安全是实验室运行和发展的基本前提，其重要性不言而喻。近年来，随着高校自身不断的发展，高校实验室的基础设施、设备建设得到显著改善，进入实验室的人员不断增多，导致安全事故时有发生，严重的事故直接导致当事人丧生或伤残，教训惨痛，社会影响面较大[1-2]。实验室安全教育的本质在于让广大的师生全面了解实验室安全方面的管理要求、规章制度、设备操作安全规范等。安全教育培训作为高校实验室安全管理的关键环节，旨在牢固树立实验室人员的安全意识、安全理念，切实提高其安全防护及事故预防的能力。国家各级政府与教育管理部门高度重视实验室安全，普遍开展实验室安全教育、强化安全知识能力培训应成为高校实验室安全管理与服务的重点。……
