摘  要：近年来，计算机技术和互联网技术极大地推动了数字视频与音频技术的快速发展，视频和音频质量大幅度提升，给人们带来了众多高品质的影音作品。文章论述了处理数字视频与音频的编辑方法，首先介绍了非线性编辑方式以及所需要的软硬件，其次是处理数字视频的一些技巧、特效编辑制作技术、输出类型的选择，最后是处理数字音频的方式方法、单轨编辑器及多轨混音的处理技术、音频输出类型的选择。

Research on Computer Digital Video and Audio Processing Technology

Abstract： In recent years， computer technology and internet technology have greatly promoted the rapid development of digital video and audio technology， greatly improved the quality of video and audio， and brought many high-quality video and audio works for people. This paper discusses the editing methods of dealing with digital video and audio. Firstly， it introduces the non-linear editing methods and the required software and hardware， followed by some skills of dealing with digital video， special effect editing and production technology， the selection of output type; finally， it introduces the method of dealing with digital audio， the processing technology of single track editor and multi-track audio mixing， and the selection of audio output type.

0  引  言

如今，在計算机技术、网络技术和数字媒体技术的推动下，以短视频为代表的融媒体行业蓬勃发展（例如：抖音、快手、火山小视频等），促使视频与音频制作应用技术大幅提升。一个好的影视作品，在给观众带来愉悦、快乐的背后离不开精湛的制作技术。在影视后期的编辑制作中，要分别对视频与音频进行处理，向原始素材中加入生动的特效、转场，将画面、声音、字幕等因素有机地融合在一起，制作出来的视音频更加美观、生动，满足人们视觉、听觉上不同层次的审美需要和精神追求。

采用数字化的视频与音频处理技术，再利用无线传输系统，一边拍摄一边制作，极大地提高了效率，节约了时间和成本，在保证作品质量的同时使画面元素更加丰富，更好地实现了网络化资源共享与调用。这种数字化处理技术可以应用于很多领域，例如：电视栏目、电视剧、电影、广告、短视频、预告片、宣传片的制作。……
