摘  要：针对维保企业工具数量多、种类繁杂，现有管理效率低下的问题，文章研究了基于RFID技术和物联网技术融合的维保企业工具室工具管理系统，提出了以标签为核心的工具转移管理的系统解决方案。通过该系统可以实时了解车间工具的使用情况，确保具有有效期工器具在有效期间使用，实现了维保企业工具管理信息化。该系统的应用提高了企业工具管理效率，为企业全面信息化提供了技术支撑。

Design and Implementation of Tool Management System in Tool Room of Maintenance Enterprise Based on RFID

Abstract： Aiming at the problems of a large number of tools， complex types and low management efficiency in maintenance enterprises， this paper studies the tool management system of maintenance enterprise tool room based on the integration of RFID technology and Internet of things technology， and proposes a tool transfer management system solution with label as the core. Through this system， we can understand the use condition of workshop tools in real time， ensure that the tools and instruments with validity period are used during the validity period， and realize the informatization of tool management in maintenance enterprises. The application of this system improves the management efficiency of enterprise tools and provides technical support for comprehensive enterprises informatization.

0  引  言

維保企业工人工作中所使用的工具数量多、种类繁杂，现有的管理系统效率较低，工人借还工具耗时长、工具管理员的工作强度大。尤其是对一些需要定期校核检验的工器具，如定扭矩扳手等，人工管理更是复杂，有时甚至影响正常的车间维保作业。因此，实现维保企业的数字化、自动化及信息化，工具的管理是必须要解决的核心问题之一。本文基于物联网和RFID技术，设计并实现了维保企业的工具室工具智能管理系统，作业人员领取工具后，能够获取工具借用人信息，解决盲目寻找工具的情况，同时作业完成后工具如果未归能够准确落实工具领用责任人。系统为企业工具的高效管理提供了一种有效的解决方案。
