摘  要：伴随着互联网的不断渗透，网络货运平台开始如雨后春笋般的出现，但随着社会的不断发展，网络货运行业开始危机四伏。以网络货运平台为研究主体，对其当前的发展现状和问题进行分析，找出其业务创新的动力源，从实际出发，结合城乡高效配送、供应链协同的要求，设计网络货运平台的创新业务，开拓出供应链金融、集采集配、并线共同配送、品牌运输服务、统仓共配在内的五种衍生业务和其他业务，这对网络货运平台可持续发展具有重要的指导意义。

Abstract： With the continuous penetration of the internet， the network freight platform has sprung up， but with the continuous development of society， the network freight industry is in danger. This paper takes the network freight platform as the research subject， analyzes its current development status and problems， finds out the source of its business innovation， designs the innovative business of the network freight platform from the reality， combined with the requirements of urban and rural efficient distribution and supply chain coordination， and develops the supply chain finance， centralized collection and distribution， parallel distribution， brand transportation service and unified warehouse distribution. It has important guiding significance for the sustainable development of network freight platform.

随着科技的不断进步，互联网在社会中的渗透力度不断加大，影响着人们生活的各个方面，同时也带动了很多行业的兴起与发展，其中的网络货运平台就是依托互联网而生的产物，借助于网络的优势开展运输业务以此获得利润。

由于物流运输行业从业人员的热情不断高涨，网络货运平台已经成为了物流平台发展中的主力军，据调查结果显示，截至2019年底，我国物流平台的总数已经突破1 000家，其中交通运输部和各省无车承运人试点企业总数超过600家，可谓数量庞大，发展迅速。网络货运平台发展如此迅猛的原因有三个方面[1]：一是网络货运平台得到国家政策的支持，二是网络货运符合政策导向，三是无车承运人试点企业申报意愿强烈。网络货运平台在不断发展的过程中，存在着行业集中度不高的问题[2]。……
