摘要 对不同年代玉米品种籽粒胚乳细胞增殖与粒重关系进行比较研究。结果表明，随着育种年代的推进，粒重占生物产量的比重增大，不同年代品种间胚乳细胞数、粒重及生物产量差异显著，从高到低依次均为2000年以来玉米品种、20世纪80—90年代玉米品种、20世纪50—60年代玉米品种。玉米品种籽粒胚乳细胞增殖和灌浆速率在最大生长速率、达到最大生长速率时间、活跃生长期、快速生长期等因素出现的时间及其长短上存在差异，变化趋势一致。相关分析显示，胚乳细胞增殖与灌浆速率极显著或显著相关，籽粒胚乳细胞数增殖动态早于籽粒灌浆。现代品种胚乳细胞增殖动态与籽粒灌浆速率极显著正相关，影响籽粒灌浆，活跃生长及积累期延长，有利于粒重的提高。

AbstractComparativeresearchwascarriedoutontherelationshipbetweenproliferationofendospermcellsandgrainweightincornsatdifferentdecades.Resultsshowedthatwiththeadvancesinbreedingages，proportionofgrainweightinbiologicalyieldbecamegreater.Thereweresignificantdifferencesinendospermcells，grainweightandbiologicalyieldincornsatdifferentdecades，whichwereintheorderofcornvarietysincetheyear2000>1980s-1990scornvariety>1950s-1960scornvariety.Therewerecertaindifferencesinproliferationandgrainfillingrateforthemaxproliferationrate，theemergingtimeofmaxproliferationrate，timetoreachmaximumgrowthrate，activegrowingperiodandthefastincreaseperiod，buttheyhadthesamevariationtrend.Correlationanalysisshowedthattheendospermcellproliferationandgrainfillingratehadsignificantorextremelysignificantcorrelation，theprocessofendospermcellproliferationandplumpnesswasearlierthangrainfilling.Endospermcellproliferationdynamicsandgrainfillingrateshowedextremelysignificantcorrelation，whichaffectedthegrainfilling.Theprolongofaccumulationperiodandactivegrowingperiodwashelpfultotheenhancementofgrainweight.
