摘要 为了培育出高产抗病黑衣花生新品种，填补广西乃至南方花生产区黑花生优良品种空白并形成相应的优质栽培技术，促进广西及华南区域花生产业的发展，以高产抗病果形好的桂花836为母本，以组合桂花30×93-8116杂交后代中单株结果多、产量较高的黑花生品系3H-1①为父本进行杂交，经系谱选育结合多代定向筛选，选育出抗病富硒高产黑花生新品种桂花黑1号。桂花黑1号属珍珠豆型黑花生品种，在2014—2015年广西特色花生品种区域试验中，荚果平均产量4308.75kg/hm2，比对照增产10.51%;籽仁平均产量2961.3kg/hm2，比对照增产11.99%;饱果率93.7%，双仁果率82.3%，百果重165.8g，百仁重63.7g，出仁率68.8%;粗脂肪含量为52.62%，蛋白质含量为25.31%，硒含量0.14mg/kg;抗青枯病、锈病和叶斑病;2016年6月通过广西农作物品种审定委员会审定，2019年4月通过国家非主要农作物品种登记。桂花黑1号是广西首个通过杂交育成的特色鲜食型富硒抗病黑花生品种，适宜在广西及我国南方花生产区推广种植，也可以在我国北方进行推广，青枯病发病严重的地块均能种植。

AbstractInordertofillintheblankofexcellentvarietiesofblackpeanutinGuangxiandSouthpeanutproductionareasofChina，newblackpeanutvarietieswithhighyieldanddiseaseresistancewereneededtobecultivated，soastoformthecorrespondingcultivationtechniques，andtopromotethedevelopmentofpeanutindustryinGuangxiandSouthChina.Guihua836withhighyield，diseaseresistanceandgoodshapeofpodsasfemaleparent，theintermediatestrain3H1①from（Guihua30×938116）asmaleparent，thehybridizationwasconducted.ThenewblackpeanutvarietyGuihuahei1withhighyield，diseaseresistanceandseleniumenrichmenthasbeenobtainedaftermultigenerationdirectionalselectionwithpedigreebreedingmethodformanyyears.Guihuahei1isablackpeanutvarietyofvar.VulgarisHarz.Theaveragepodandkernelyieldwas4308.75and2961.3kg/hm2inGuangxispecialpeanutvarietiesregionaltrialduring2014-2015，whichwasincreasedby10.51%and11.99%respectively，comparedtothecontrolvarietyGuihuahong166.Guihuahei1wascharacterizedby93.7%offullpodrate，82.3%ofdoublekernelpodrate，165.8gof100podweight，63.7gof100seedweight，68.8%ofkernelrate，52.62%ofoilcontent，25.31%ofproteincontent，and0.14mg/kgofseleniumcontent.Ithasresistancetoleafpot，lodgingandbacterialwilt.Guihuahei1wasapprovedandregisteredbyGuangxiCommitteeforCropVarietyRegistrationinJune，2016.AnditwaspassedthenationalnonmajorcropvarietyregistrationinApril，2019.Guihuahei1isthefirstspecialfresheatableblackpeanutvarietywithseleniumenrichmentandhighdiseaseresistancebredbycrossinginGuangxi.Guihuahei1isproposedtobecultivatedinGuangxiandmostpeanutproductionareasofChina，canalsobeplantedinplotswithseverebacterialwilt.
