[摘要] 目的 研究无托槽隐形矫正技术治疗牙周病患者的临床效果。 方法 选取我院口腔科2018年12月至2019年12月60例牙周病患者作为研究对象，根据随机抽签分组原则分为观察组和对照组，每组各30例，观察组实施牙周常规治疗+无托槽隐形矫正，对照组实施牙周常规治疗，比较两组牙槽骨高度、出血指数、牙周袋深度、CI、SBI、PLI、PD、CAL、总有效率。 结果 观察组牙槽骨高度、出血指数、牙周袋深度明显低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）;观察组CI、SBI、PLI、PD、CAL均低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）;观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。 结论 通过对牙周病患者实施无托槽隐形矫正技术治疗，能使患者症状得到改善，利于患者康复。

Clinical effect on bracketless invisible correction technique in the treatment of patients with periodontal diseases

[Abstract] Objective To study the clinical effect of bracketless invisible correction technique in the treatment of patients with periodontal diseases. Methods A total of 60 cases of periodontal disease patients from December 2018 to December 2019 in Department of Stomatology of our hospital were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into observation group and control group， 30 cases in each group. The observation group was given routine periodontal treatment+bracketless invisible correction. The control group was given routine periodontal treatment. The alveolar bone height， bleeding index， periodontal pocket depth， CI， SBI， PLI， PD， CAL and total effective rate were compared between the two groups. Results The height of alveolar bone， bleeding index and periodontal pocket depth in the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group（P<0.05）; The CI， SBI， PLI， PD and CAL in the observation group were lower than those of the control group， the difference was statistically significant（P<0.05）; the total effective rate of treatment in the observation group  was higher than that of the control group（P<0.05）. Conclusion Bracketless invisible correction technique in the treatment of patients with periodontal diseases can improve the symptoms of patients and facilitate their recovery.

牙周病在臨床上十分常见，属于一种严重的口腔疾病，发病机制十分复杂，和人体免疫调节紊乱密切相关。牙周炎为破坏性较强的炎症，为威胁人体口腔健康的主要危险因子，若患者疾病不断加重，易导致牙齿松动、牙齿移位发生，若患者病情十分严重，还易引起继发错畸形，严重影响人体牙齿的功能、牙齿的美观度，同时还对患者的生活质量造成严重影响，故选择1项有效的治疗方式显得尤为重要[1]。因此，本研究对无托槽隐形矫正技术在治疗牙周病患者的临床效果进行分析，现报道如下。

1 资料和方法

1.1 一般资料

选取我院口腔科2018年12月至2019年12月60例牙周病患者作为研究对象。纳入标准：符合牙周病诊断标准，伴有牙龈炎症、出血、牙周袋形成、牙槽骨吸收等症状者[2];所有患者均对本研究认可并知晓，且为自愿参与研究，签署知情同意书，本研究经医院医学伦理委员会批准。……
