【摘    要】在新课改的素质教育教学背景下，德育成了班级管理的重点内容。为此，在小学班级管理中，教师需要将德育渗透到日常管理工作中，引导学生与之产生一定的情感共鸣，接受积极正向的教育管理，提高自身的综合素质。本文主要从现状、作用和策略三方面，对小学班级管理中的德育进行了详细的研究与探讨。

A Brief Analysis of the Importance of Moral Education in Class Management in Primary Schools

【Abstract】In the context of quality education teaching in the new curriculum reform， moral education has become the key content of class management. For this reason， in elementary school class management， teachers need to infiltrate moral education into daily management work， guide students to have a certain emotional resonance with them， accept positive education management， and improve their overall quality. This article mainly conducts a detailed research and discussion on the moral education in primary school class management from three aspects： current situation， role and strategy.

小學阶段的学生正处于身心发育的关键时期，是塑造小学生性格、培养小学生素养品德地最佳时期。教师应该充分把握这一时期，在开展班级管理工作的过程中，将德育渗透其中，引导小学生树立正确的人生价值观和情感态度，保证小学生的身心健康发展。

一、德育在小学班级管理中存在的问题

在目前的小学班级管理中，关于德育的开展，部分教师依然不能充分认识到德育的重要性，一味注重学生对书本知识的把握，导致德育成为一种形式，无法培养出品学兼优的学生。首先，德育太过表面化，部分教师对于宣传班级优良思想品德的工作不甚重视，很少会为学生进行深层次的讲解，学生对于这些优良品德认知比较浅薄。其次，德育模式太过单一化，部分教师受传统教学理念和模式的影响，在班级管理中开展德育的时候，并没有跟随时代的发展而进行创新，学生依然处于被动接受的学习状态，自身的主体性和能动性得不到有效发挥，对于德育知识的吸收不够充分，严重影响小学班级管理中德育的开展效果，非常不利于小学生的综合健康发展。……
