BIM技术融入建筑电气与智能化专业课程体系改革探索

摘 要:随着BIM技术在建筑工程领域的广泛应用,社会对BIM机电人才的需求与日俱增,建筑电气与智能化专业应适应新技术发展趋势对课程体系进行改革,通过增大BIM基础课程内容并在专业课程中融入BIM技术,培养高质量的BIM技术机电应用人才,使学生掌握BIM技术运用能力,提高综合素质,以适应新时代建筑行业发展。

Exploration on the integration of BIM Technology into the curriculum system reform of building electrical and intelligent specialty

Abstract: With the wide application of BIM Technology in the field of construction engineering, the social demand for BIM electromechanical talents is increasing day by day. The specialty of building electrical and intelligence should adapt to the development trend of new technology, reform the curriculum system, increase the content of BIM basic courses and integrate BIM Technology into professional courses, so as to enable students to master the application ability of BIM Technology and improve their comprehensive quality, In order to adapt to the development of the construction industry in the new era and cultivate high-quality BIM Technology electromechanical application talents.

BIM是建筑信息模型(Building Information Modeling)的英文簡称,是在原CAD技术基础上发展起来的建筑模型信息集成技术,以三维可视数字化技术为基础,对建筑工程项目设施实体结构和功能特性的信息可视化表达[1]。作为建筑行业的新型技术手段和开发工具,BIM 技术得到了建筑行业工程技术、科研人员的高度重视,已然成为建筑行业蓬勃发展的新趋势,将引领建筑及相关产业的变革发展方向[2]。针对BIM技术的广泛应用,国内外许多高校逐步尝试把BIM技术融入相关专业课程体系中,以进一步加强BIM技能人才的培养力度。BIM技术的蓬勃发展也给建筑电气与智能化专业人才培养创造了新的机遇,可以加强人们就业择业面的广度,也能提高工作中专业知识和BIM技术融合的深度 [3]。
本文通过分析建筑电气与智能化专业课程教学进行过程出现的不足,提出将建筑信息模型技术引入专业课程体系,充分发挥其直观可视化、模拟真实化、平面三维化的优点,使传统的枯燥难懂的专业知识变得直观易懂,让学生更容易理解和掌握专业知识,进而增强学生对专业知识的获得成就感[4]。……
