摘 要：大数据时代，拓宽了高校教师教学资源获取的渠道，增加了高校教师课堂教学能力和教学水平提升的路径选择。新时代背景下，高校教师通过大数据素养的提升，对课程进行优质化和特色化教学，在促进大学生个性化发展的同时，促进了高校教学质量和教学水平的提高。论文从大数据时代高校教师数据素养提升路径的必然选择入手，提出了新时代高校教师数据素养提升策略。同时，探究了大数据新时代高校教师数据素养提升的路径，有利于高校教师教学质量的提高。

Abstract：In the era of large data，it broadens the channels to obtain the teaching resources of university teachers，and increases the path choice to improve their teaching ability.Teachers can use the promotion of large data literacy to realize the characteristic teaching of the course，thus promoting the development of students' individuation and the improvement of teaching quality.This paper starts with the inevitable choice of improving the data literacy of university teachers in the large data era，and analyzes the countermeasures of improving the data literacy of university teachers in the large data era，at the same time，this paper probes into the ways to improve the data literacy of university teachers in the large data era，and puts forward the concrete ways to improve the data literacy of university teachers.

高校教師作为教学活动的组织者和实施者，应具有较高的大数据处理能力和数据应用能力。在新时代背景下，高等教育对教师大数据素养的需求越来越高[1]。目前，高校教师在数据意识和理念、数据知识和数据应用技能等方面都有很多缺陷。因而，研究新时代大数据背景下，高校教师教学手段和方法的应对策略，不但会提升高校教师的数据素养，还能对信息数据和技术在高校教学中的应用有重要的指导意义[2]。美国前教育部长邓肯认为：教师的数据素养在教研活动至关重要，如何借助国家的力量帮助广大教师培养数据挖掘和分析能力，以数据为基础改善教学、完善专业能力在大数据时代显得尤为重要[3]。因此，以大数据时代教育教学改革为基础，借鉴大数据……
