【摘    要】随着新课改的实施，教育形式也在不断创新，游戏教学法不断成熟。在小学英语教学过程中，教师不仅要给学生传授知识，还要关注小学生当前的生理与心理发展特点。游戏教学法在课堂中的应用，既能充分调动学生的学习积极性，也能为课堂高质量教学奠定良好的基础，促进学生全面发展。

【Abstract】With the implementation of the new curriculum reform， education forms must also be constantly innovated， and game teaching methods continue to mature. In the process of teaching English in elementary schools， teachers should not only impart knowledge to students， but also pay attention to the current physical and psychological development characteristics of primary school students. The application of game teaching method in the classroom can not only fully mobilize the students' learning enthusiasm， but also lay a good foundation for high-quality teaching in the classroom and promote the overall development of students.

随着我国教育改革的不断深入，当前小学英语课堂无论是在教学方法还是课堂氛围都改善了许多，但仍存在较多的不足与缺陷，其根本原因是学生的课堂教学模式固定造成学生学习兴趣较低、学习压力较大。游戏教学法在小学英语课堂中的实际应用，不仅可以有效缓解以上问题，同时也能较大程度上提高课堂教学质量，推动我国教育改革的进程。在新课程新要求下，人们对小学英语教学要求越来越高，这就意味着教育对学校、对教师的专业水平提出了更高的标准，只有这样，才能提高课堂教学质量，切实提高学生英语水平。本文主要分析了游戏教学法在小学英语课堂实施的重要意义，并给出具体的应用措施。
