摘  要：新媒体时代的到来，给公共图书馆知识传播既带来机遇，也提出了挑战。该文通过分析新媒体时代公共图书馆知识传播的现状和存在的问题，结合新媒体时代知识传播的特点和规律，提出研究新媒体功能、加快公共图书馆数字化建设步伐、充分运用新媒体开展知识传播以及创新新媒体环境下的信息服务方式等新媒体时代公共图书馆知识传播的有效策略，推动公共图书馆在新媒体时代实现新发展。

Abstract： The advent of the new media era brings both opportunities and challenges to the knowledge dissemination of public libraries. This paper analyzes the current status and existing problems of knowledge dissemination in public libraries in the new media era， and combines the characteristics and laws of knowledge dissemination in the new media era， proposes to study new media functions， accelerate the pace of digital construction of public libraries， and make full use of new media to carry out knowledge dissemination as well as innovative information service methods under the new media environment， such as effective strategies for knowledge dissemination of public libraries in the new media era， promote public libraries to achieve new development in the new media era.

新媒体时代的到来，给公共图书馆知识传播既带来了机遇，也提出了挑战。如何抓住机遇、应对挑战，创新新媒体环境下公共图书馆知识传播的有效方式，使公共图书馆真正造福读者，发挥其在社会主义公共文化服务体系建设中的应有作用，是当下公共图书馆管理者和从业人员需要面对和思考的课题。

1  新媒体时代公共图书馆面临的机遇与挑战

1.1 新媒体时代的内涵与特征

所谓新媒体，主要是相对于传统媒体而言。过去信息传播主要是通过报纸、杂志、图书、广播、电视等传统媒介。随着互联网技术的发展，特别是移动终端的广泛普及和应用，信息传播进入了新媒体时代。“就其内涵而言，新媒体是指20世纪后期在世界科学技术发生巨大进步的背景下，在社会信息传播领域出现的建立在数字技术基础上的能使传播信息大大扩展、传播速度大大加快、传播方式大大丰富的、与传统媒体迥然相异的新型媒体[1]。……
