摘  要：随着德国、美国等国家“工业4.0”和“工业互联网”战略的提出，新工业科技革命在全球勃发，汽车技术不断革新，汽车产业转型升级，汽车人才需求也发生较大改变。该文分析研究了新经济下汽车企业的新发展，研究了新形势下一流应用型人才培养的机遇和挑战，提出了应用技术型卓越人才的培养理念，课程体系和教学内容、教学模式和方法、教学评价机制等，以迅速适应企业转型和社会人才需求。

Abstract： With the introduction of the "Industry 4.0" and "Industrial Internet" strategies in Germany， the United States and other countries， the new industrial technological revolution is booming around the world， the automotive technology continues to innovate， the automotive industry is transformed and upgraded， and the demand for automotive talents has also undergone major changes. This paper studies the needs of automobile companies for talents in the new economy， analyzes the basis and challenges of the training of first-class applied talents under the new form， and puts forward the concept of cultivating outstanding applied technology talents，the curriculum system and teaching content， teaching models and methods， teaching evaluation mechanism， etc.， to quickly adapt to the transformation of enterprises and the needs of social talents.

现如今，人工智能、物联网等技术已经渗透到汽车行业。为解决交通安全、道路拥堵、能源消耗、环境污染等问题，发展智能网联汽车已成共识。为提升工业水平，创新产业结构，在“中国制造2025”的基础上，中共中央、国务院也在《交通强国建设纲要》中提出加强智能网联汽车研发的计划。推动智能网联汽车发展的社会环境日趋完善，全球新工业技术革命，区域经济发展以及汽车行业新的发展趋势、智能网联汽车的新结构、新技术等都为汽车类专业人才培养提出了新要求，为此，该文结合汽车产业发展情况，进一步研究人才培养模式并进行了改革实践。

1  汽车产业的发展情况

通过对企业的调研和资料的查阅，对目前汽车产业的发展情况归纳为四大现状。

1.1 汽车产业四大结构的调整与升级

随着国家经济发展进入新常态[1]，汽车产业结构也在调整与升级，主要体现在4个方面。
