【摘要】 目的：探究正清風痛宁中医定向透药疗法联合身痛逐瘀汤在腰椎间盘突出症治疗中的临床效果。方法：选择2017年8月-2019年7月于本院就诊的82例腰椎间盘突出症患者，采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组，每组41例。对照组行常规治疗，观察组在对照组基础上采用正清风痛宁中医定向透药疗法联合身痛逐瘀汤治疗。比较两组疗效及治疗前后的中医症候积分、疼痛评分（VAS）及腰椎功能评分（JOA）。结果：观察组总有效率为95.12%高于对照组的78.05%，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。治疗前，两组中医症候积分比较，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）;治疗后，两组中医症候积分均低于治疗前，且观察组中医症候积分为（2.65±0.38）分低于对照组的（5.94±1.26）分，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。治疗前，两组VAS评分、JOA评分比较，差异均无统计学意义（P>0.05）;治疗后，观察组VAS评分为（2.04±0.79）分，低于对照组的（3.88±1.02）分，JOA评分为（23.96±2.17）分，高于对照组的（20.08±2.24）分，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：正清风痛宁中医定向透药疗法联合身痛逐瘀汤口服治疗腰椎间盘突出症的效果较好，能够缓解症状，减轻腰部疼痛感，提升腰椎功能，有利于促进预后恢复。

[Abstract] Objective： To explore the clinical effect of Zhengqing Fengtongning directional drug penetration of Chinese medicine therapy combined with Shentong Zhuyu Decoction in patients with lumbar discherniation. Before treatment， there were no significant differences in VAS scores and JOA scores between two groups （P>0.05）; after treatment， VAS score of observation group was （2.04±0.79） points， lower than （3.88±1.02） points of control group， JOA score was （23.96±2.17） points， higher than （20.08±2.24） points of control group， the differences were statistically significant （P<0.05）. Conclusion： Zhengqing Fengtongning TCM directional drug penetration of Chinese medicine therapy combined with Shentong Zhuyu Decoction is effective in treating lumbar discherniation， it can relieve TCM syndromes， reduce lumbar pain， improve lumbar function， and promote prognosis recovery.
