摘要：在供热企业热力网系统设计中，有少数选用热水锅炉供热的单位没有设计使用换热器，采用锅炉热水直供热用户的供热方式。循环水量特别大，很难保证其水质量，使热网管道里面的杂质流经管径较小的锅炉受热面管道时，不可避免粘附到管壁上。日积月累造成堵塞管道，从而造成管道过热、爆管，给锅炉带来非常大的危害，严重影响了锅炉寿命及生产运行安全。

Abstract： In the heating network system design of heating enterprises， there are a few units that use hot water boiler to heat the system without using heat exchangers， but use the heating method of boiler hot water direct heating users. The circulating water volume is particularly large， so it is difficult to ensure its water quality， so that the impurities in the heat supply network pipeline will inevitably adhere to the pipe wall when passing through the boiler heating surface pipeline with small pipe diameter. Time accumulation causes blockage of the pipeline， resulting in overheating and explosion of the pipeline. It brings great harm to the boiler and seriously affects the boiler life and the safety of production and operation.

在供热企业热力系统设计中，有少数选用热水锅炉供热的单位没有设计使用换热器，采用锅炉热水直供热用户的供热方式。本文对此是否需要换热器这个问题及设计使用换热器的必要性进行如下论述分析。

1 换热器的基本技术论述及其与热网的密切联系

1.1 换热器的作用及选用

换热器（heat exchanger）是将热流体的部分热量传递给冷流体的设备，又称热交换器。换热器的种类非常多，按结构分类可分为：浮头式换热器、固定管板式换热器、U形管板换热器、板式换热器等[1]。

热力系统换热器一般常使用的有两种，为管壳式换热器及板式换热器。板式换热器具有结构紧凑、传热效率高、传热面组合灵活以及装拆清洗方便等优点，应用在集中供热系统中的许多方面[2]。板式换热器优于管式换热器。但板式换热器最致命的缺点就是对介质的品质要求非常严格。用户在选用换热器时，要进行全面的考虑及分析，特别是对介质的考虑。……
