摘要：随着近年来我国对于煤量需求的不断增大，并且随着社会科学技术的不断提高，为了满足实际需求，煤化工企业逐渐规模化，并且也使用了各类科学技术，完善煤化工机械设备，让其符合实际需求。当前在国民经济中化工企业占据了重要地位，同时现已成为了我国国民经济的重要支柱，不断推动经济增长，结合现代信息技术的不断衍生，化工企业在设备管理方面也结合了相应的技术，以此完善管理工作，不仅提高了管理质量还提高了管理效率，在此过程中促进了我国化工企业高质量发展。

Abstract： With the increasing demand for coal in China in recent years， and with the continuous improvement of social science and technology， in order to meet the actual demand， coal chemical enterprises are gradually large-scale， and also use all kinds of science and technology to improve coal chemical machinery and equipment to meet the actual demand. 自从我国改革开放以来，国家经济得到了高效控制，使其各个行业均得到了发展机会，在不断发展的过程中面对着激烈的竞争市场，需要不断调整自身结构和经营发展方向，以此确保相关工作能够顺利实施，同时在严峻的发展局势面前，相关企业还需不断提升自身综合能力，以此获取更多的市场发展机会。当前我国市场竞争局势较为激烈，为了确保化工企业能够可持续发展，相关企业内部需要不断改变自身运转结构，还需完善设备机械化管理和维护，为其生产工作提供保障，让其站在实际生产中发挥出重要作用，以此提升企业经济效益。在实际生产中机械设备是企业运转的关键，在此过程中设备管理发挥着重要作用，通过设备管理优化设备维护，结合相应的技术手段，完善管理工作，确保设备能够完成生产工作。……
