摘  要：稳就业处于六稳首要位置，而稳就业中需特别关注的重点人群就是高校毕业生。突如其来的新冠肺炎疫情打乱了高职院校学生原有的求职和就业计划，一部分的企业因为持续的疫情防控出现生产经营困难，企业逐渐削减工作人员，招聘需求减小，防控新冠疫情背景下“稳就业”任务更加艰巨。因此，该文通过分析疫情下高职院校毕业生就业环境现状，提出高职院校的“稳就业”对策与建议，以供参考。

Abstract： Stable employment is in the primary position of six stability， and the key group who need to pay special attention to stable employment is college graduates.The sudden COVID-19 epidemic has disrupted the original job-hunting and employment plans of higher vocational college students. Some enterprises have experienced production and operation difficulties due to continuous epidemic prevention and control， enterprises have gradually reduced staff， recruitment demand decreases， and the task of "stable employment" under the background of COVID-19 prevention and control is more arduous.Therefore， this paper analyzes the current situation of the employment environment of higher vocational college graduates under the epidemic situation， and puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions of "stable employment" of higher vocational colleges for reference.

1现阶段高职院校就业环境分析

1.1疫情防控背景下高职院校就业引导外部形势

（1）经济形势给稳就业带来负面影响。目前中美贸易争端和其他国际因素导致企业发展和经济运行受到不良影响，加上疫情突发，给经济发展带来更大挑战。很多中小企业在双重影响下生产经营愈加困难，企业减少，劳动市场用人需求也大幅减少。（2）高校毕业生规模逐年增加。2020年全国高校约有八百多万毕业生，高职院校毕业生在其他高校毕业生中优势较小，就业竞争难度增加。（3）疫情改变招聘和就业模式。许多招聘活动和就业指导工作都在线上平台开展，短时间内毕业生难以适应。（4）国家政策促进高效毕业生稳就业。……
