【摘  要】当前阶段，小学数学教学各项活动已经受到教育界乃至全社会的广泛关注和重视。数学作为小学阶段最主要的课程之一，教师肩负着传授学生丰富的科学知识以及对学生进行“立德树人”教育的重任。教师应当通过日常教学充分发挥教师的模范作用并且激发学生的德育潜能。鉴于此，笔者以立德树人为背景，对构建新时期小学数学高效课堂的有效策略进行一定分析和探究，并且提出一些合理化的教学建議，以供参考。

【Abstract】At the current stage， various activities of elementary school mathematics teaching have received extensive attention and attention from the education circle and the whole society. Mathematics is one of the most important courses in elementary school. Teachers shoulder the important task of imparting rich scientific knowledge to students and educating students to "provide morality". Teachers should give full play to their exemplary role and stimulate students' moral education potential through daily teaching. In view of this， based on the background of Lide Shuren， the author analyzes and explores the effective strategies of constructing an efficient classroom of primary school mathematics in the new era， and puts forward some reasonable teaching suggestions for reference.

随着新课改的不断深入，小学数学课堂教学也在不断追求创新与升级。新时期教育背景下，国家已经将“立德树人”作为教育工作的一项重要任务，极其强调学科育人的重要意义，并且要求各学校全面加强和提升数学、科学、技术等课程的育人价值。小学生是祖国的花朵，未来的希望，在小学阶段经历着道德与品格发育的一个关键时期。如何在数学教学过程中向学生渗透优秀的德育思想，已然成为小学数学教学工作者不得不认真思考和细致钻研的一个重要教学课题。

一、新时期以立德树人为背景构建小学数学高效课堂的重要意义

（一）能够培养小学生良好的数学学习习惯

新时期教育大环境下，以立德树人为背景全面构建小学数学高效课堂，具有极为重要的教育意义。众所周知，小学生获取知识最为主要的场所就是课堂，因此，教师必须对课堂教学中的德育渗透高度重视，力争让学生通过数学学习养成优秀的道德素质和良好的数学学习习惯。……
