【摘  要】小学学校当中相关工作的开展与后勤管理工作存在着必然的联系。但是在实际工作过程中，大部分学校都忽略了后勤工作的重要性，导致后勤管理工作无法有效开展，也使整个学校的运行受到了一定的影响。因此，本文针对小学后勤管理工作的原则和具体方法进行深入分析和探讨，供读者参考。

【Abstract】There is an inevitable connection between the development of related work in primary  schools and logistics management. However， in the actual work process， most schools ignored the importance of logistics， which led to the inability to carry out logistics management effectively， and also affected the operation of the entire school to a certain extent. Therefore， this article conducts an in-depth analysis and discussion on the principles and specific methods of primary school logistics management for readers' reference.

小學后勤管理工作的质量对整个学校有着较为重要的影响，甚至能够直接影响到教学工作的整体质量。所以在当前阶段，如何对小学后勤管理工作进行有效优化，提高小学教学水平和教学质量，是亟待解决的重要问题。

一、小学后勤管理工作的原则

（一）整体性原则

小学后勤管理工作主要需要从学校的具体后勤工作特点和后勤工作任务出发，对整体和局部之间的关系进行有效处理。在小学后勤管理工作中，需要坚持整体性原则，就是需要相关管理人员从整体方面考虑师生的生活需求、科研需求和教学需求等问题，而不是仅仅局限于对财务、人员、信息和时间的管理。小学后勤管理工作人员应该明确了解到后勤管理与整个学校管理之间的必然联系，做好后勤管理工作。

（二）方向性原则

小学最主要内容就是科研和教学，而小学后勤管理工作最主要的目的就是为科研、教学和师生的生活提供良好的服务，后勤管理的一切工作都是围绕这一目的进行的。……
