【摘    要】幼儿的劳动教育是幼儿德育的重要组成部分，对促进幼儿的终身发展有不可替代的作用，劳动教育可以使幼儿学会尊重劳动人民、尊重劳动成果，使幼儿获得德智体美劳全面发展。本文通过分析幼儿劳动教育的内容和农村幼儿园开展劳动教育的意义，提出农村幼儿园在日常生活中开展劳动教育的有效途径。

Effective Ways of Carrying out Labor Education in Daily Activities of Rural Kindergartens

【Abstract】The kindergarten's labor education to the child is an important link of the moral education of the child， has the positive promotion function with the child's life-long development and the overall development， the labor education may train the child's labor habit， the labor attitude， let the children learn to respect the working people， respect the results of other people's work， thus promote the comprehensive development of children's morality， intelligence， physical ， aesthetics and labor. By analyzing the content of infant labor education and the significance of infant labor education in rural kindergartens， this paper puts forward the effective ways of infant labor education in rural kindergartens in daily life.

由于農村幼儿园的硬件设施、教学条件、师资力量等教学条件都与城市幼儿园之间存在较大的差距，导致农村幼儿教育发展中受到了一定限制，但是农村具有城市不可比拟的自然资源，开展劳动教育有着得天独厚的环境优势，因此幼儿园需要借助农村的优势与资源，使教学活动更加丰富，让幼儿的劳动教育更契合农村的日常生活。

一、农村幼儿园日常生活中劳动教育的内容

（一）幼儿园开展劳动教育的内容

幼儿园的劳动教育内容需要根据学龄前儿童的年龄特点，通过劳动活动锻炼劳动技能，提高劳动认识。幼儿的劳动活动应该是以生活自理为目标的自我劳动，并使幼儿在活动中认识到劳动的重要价值，引导幼儿尊重劳动、尊重劳动人民、尊重劳动成果，通过劳动教育帮助幼儿认识劳动、感受劳动、体验劳动，从而促进幼儿的全面发展。

（二）幼儿园劳动教育的形式及方法

劳动的本质是实践，在幼儿园的劳动教育中，劳动不只是简单的说教及布置的任务，更为重要的是让幼儿在劳动中得到有效的锻炼。……
