【摘    要】现实生活教育中会遇到很多的特殊学生，教师应根据不同的特殊学生，采取不同的教育管理方式，进而取得良好的教学效果。从学校层面讲，需要制定特殊学生的管理制度，从制度上约束他们的不良心理行为，让他们能按照学校的规章制度，规范自己的行为习惯。从具体的教育措施上来说，对于一些特别的学生，学校需要采取多种教育方式，帮助他们纠正不当的行为习惯，帮助他们树立正确的世界观、人生观、价值观，端正思想、端正态度，从而使其把所有精力投到学习中来，逐步实现自己的人生目标。

Research on the Grid Education Management of Students with Special Problems

【Abstract】There are many special students encountered in real life education. Teachers should adopt different education management methods according to different special students to achieve good teaching results. At the school level， it is necessary to formulate a management system for special students to restrict their bad psychological behaviors from the system， so that they can regulate their behavior and habits in accordance with the school's rules and regulations. In terms of specific educational measures， for some special students， schools need to adopt a variety of educational methods to help them correct improper behaviors and habits， help them establish a correct outlook on the world， life， and values， and correct their thinking and attitudes. So that they can put all their energy into learning and gradually realize their goals in life.

教育教學过程当中，会面对各种各样的学生，有的学生能约束自己的行为习惯，学习上刻苦上进，不需要教师过多的管理，他们就能自我管理好。有的学生因为先天的原因，造成了他们自我管理能力非常弱，有的错误屡教不改习以为常，这种先天性发育不全造成的性格弱点缺陷，给学校管理工作和班级管理工作，带来了相当大的压力。对这类学生，学校需要多方面采取措施，进行网格化的管理、全天候的管理，才能保证他们最大限度地不犯错误。有的学生因为后天因素，导致了他们的行为习惯偏离了正常的轨道，也需要进行全天候、网格化管理，才能纠正他们的行为习惯。这类特殊问题学生都需要全方位的多种方法措施并举的管理方式，才能有所成效。……
