摘要：数字经济作为新时代科技迅猛发展背景下的经济形态，是我国综合国力提升过程中的必经之路，也是促进国民经济发展的必然选择，在当今时代背景下，数字经济有助于持续激发经济活力，同时也保障了产业链、供应链的畅通。本文通过阐述数字经济的发展背景和现状，医药产业特点，进而综合分析数字经济助力医药产业发展的优势和挑战，以期为医药产业数字化转型提供一定理论借鉴。

On the Advantages and Challenges of China's Digital Economy in Boosting the Development of the Real Economy

---Taking the Pharmaceutical Industry as an Example

Abstract：Digital economy， as an economic form under the background of the rapid development of science and technology in the new era， is the only way to improve China's comprehensive national strength and the inevitable choice to promote the development of national economy. In the context of the current era， digital economy helps to continuously stimulate economic vitality， but also ensures the smoothness of industrial chain and supply chain. This paper expounds the development background and current situation of digital economy and the characteristics of pharmaceutical industry， and then comprehensively analyzes the advantages and challenges of digital economy in boosting the development of pharmaceutical industry， in order to provide some theoretical reference for the digital transformation of pharmaceutical industry.

大数据时代下，经济科学已朝着更加重视实证工作的方向发展。过去10年的数据革命很可能对经济研究产生更深远的影响，也为经济带来新的机遇和挑战[1]。疫情或会成为未来社会常态化的背景下，全球在线平台和电子商务的使用激增，也预示了制造业、医疗保健等领域的数字化时代即将到来，同时算法决策、5G、神经网在公共服务中的使用越来越多，数据的价值挖掘、提升价值实现的效率和深度将会大大提高，将进一步推动数据的使用和潜在用途[2]，大数据将不再是“空中楼阁”，其可以实现成为一种能够同时促进“市场更加有效”与“政府更加有为”的新工具[3]。正如习近平总书记在十九大报告和全国网络安全和信息化工作会议中均着重指出的“要发展数字经济，加快推动数字产业化，依靠信息技术创新驱动，不断催生新产业新业态新模式，用新动能推动新发展。要推动产业数字化，利用互联网新技术新应用对传统产业进行全方位、全角度、全链条的改造，提高全要素生产率，释放数字对经济发展的放大、叠加、倍增作用。……
