摘要：在新时代环境下，基层公共图书馆事业的发展对人才队伍建设提出了更高的要求。基层公共图书馆人才队伍建设在当前面临着一些困境，包括馆员待遇偏低、发展空间受限;经费投入不足以及人才观念落后等。基层公共图书馆加强人才队伍建设，应从以下几个方面着手，即树立科学的人才观，充分认识到人才队伍建设的重要性;从战略高度对人才队伍建设进行科学规划;重视专业人才和复合型人才的培养和引进;构建学习型图书馆，提高人才队伍的综合素质与能力。

On the Path of Talent Team Construction of Grass-Roots Public Libraries in the New Era

Abstract： In the new era， the development of grass-roots public library has put forward higher requirements for the construction of talent team. At present， the construction of talent team in grass-roots public libraries is faced with some difficulties， including low treatment of librarians and limited development space; Insufficient investment in funds and backward concept of talents. To strengthen the construction of talent team in grass-roots public libraries， we should start from the following aspects： establish a scientific concept of talent and fully realize the importance of talent team construction; Carry out scientific planning for the construction of talent team from a strategic height; Pay attention to the cultivation and introduction of professional and compound talents; Build a learning library and improve the comprehensive quality and ability of talent team.

隨着计算机技术、网络通讯技术、大数据技术等的飞速发展，人类社会正处于一个变革、创新发展的新时代。就图书馆领域而言，网络图书馆、数字图书馆、智慧图书馆等概念在新时代环境下被提出，极大的推动了图书馆事业的创新发展，同时也对图书馆的人才队伍建设提出了更高的要求。本文聚集于新时代环境下的基层公共图书馆，就其人才队伍建设路径进行一些探讨，以期能够为相关研究提供一些参考与借鉴。
