摘要：在人们的日常生活中电视新闻节目属于获取新闻知识与相关信息的一种主要媒介，随着我国不断快速发展信息技术，促使新媒体技术的发展越来越迅速，导致人们逐渐开始广泛的应用新媒体，并对电视新闻节目提出越来越高的要求。画面属于电视节目的主要的传播形式，相关的制作工作人员只有具有艺术性的对电视新闻所拍摄的画面进行加工与处理，才能够确保人们具有良好的审美体验，促使人们越来越喜欢电视新闻节目。基于此，本文主要结合电视新闻节目画面拍摄的重要性与画面构成，并结合电视新闻节目画面的拍摄原则，提出电视新闻节目画面拍摄的技巧，促使我国电视新闻行业可以为参考进行电视新闻节目画面的拍摄。

Research on the Techniques and Artistry of Picture Shooting of TV News Programs

Abstract：In People's Daily life， TV news program is a major medium for acquiring news knowledge and relevant information. With the continuous and rapid development of information technology in China， it promotes the development of new media technology more and more rapidly， which leads to people gradually begin to widely use new media and put forward higher and higher requirements for TV news programs. Pictures belong to the main communication form of TV programs. Only when the relevant production staff process and process the pictures taken by TV news artistically can they ensure that people have a good aesthetic experience and promote people to like TV news programs more and more. Based on this， combined with the importance and composition of TV news program picture shooting， and combined with the shooting principles of TV news program picture， this paper puts forward the skills of TV news program picture shooting， so as to promote China's TV news industry to shoot TV news program pictures for reference.

现阶段，随着我国不断快速发展的通信技术，促使我国电视行业也得到快速发展，而且随着人们生活水平的提升，人们越来越重视新闻信息的获取，并对电视新闻节目提出更高的要求。电视新闻节目的优劣与画面拍摄，以及细节处理都具有紧密联系，在电视行业的发展过程中，当前需要不断努力与研究的目标就是，在确保电视新闻拍摄画面具有较高流畅性与完整性的同时，对拍摄的艺术性进行融入，从而达到有机结合技术与艺术的目的。因为只有电视新闻节目拍摄画面具有较高的艺术性，能够使电视新闻的观赏质量得到提升，所以相关工作人员必须结合实际情况，选择合适的拍摄进行电视新闻节目画面的拍摄，才能够确保增加电视新闻画面的艺术性。……
