摘 要：随着我国逐渐的发展，汽车的保有量数据呈现递增趋势，所以在汽车维修领域中需要大批的高水平人才。在中职教学中，汽修专业占据大量的学生也是汽修人才辈出的主要根据地。在面对汽车领域对汽修人才的大量需求，教师应更加注重对学生的专业素养能力的培养，满足汽车市场的条件，在中职院校应加强教学改革内容将实践和理论相结合，使学生能进行实操，本文针对如何在中职汽修维修专业中将理实一体化展开讨论，并提出有效的解决策略。

Analysis of the Application of the Integration of Theory and Practice in the Teaching Reform of Automobile Maintenance in Secondary Vocational Schools

Abstract：With the gradual development of our country， the number of car ownership data shows an increasing trend， so a large number of high-level talents are needed in the field of car maintenance. In secondary vocational teaching， the auto repair major occupies a large number of students and it is also the main base for the emergence of auto repair talents. Facing the large demand for auto repair talents in the automotive field， teachers should pay more attention to the cultivation of students professional literacy and ability to meet the conditions of the automotive market. In secondary vocational colleges， the content of teaching reform should be strengthened to combine practice and theory to make students perform practical operations. This article discusses how to integrate theory and practice in secondary vocational auto repair and maintenance majors， and proposes effective solutions.

1 引言

在中職汽修专业教学中存在很多的问题，使之理论知识与实践内容不能很好的结合在一起。为了满足当今社会对汽修人员条件，在汽修教学活动开展时，应改变落后的传统模式，将“理实一体”这一新概念与其相结合，给学生搭建实践活动的平台，使之在平台中灵活运用汽修知识，学生在产生学习动机同时，提升汽修课堂的学习效率，从而将传统教学模式深度的优化，把握好契机，理实一体化也能在汽修专业中发挥最大的价值，推动汽修领域的发展。

2 什么是理实一体化

理实一体化主要就是在教学中，教师将理论知识与实际教学进行有机的结合，改善在以往教学中存在的问题，把中职改革教学内容当做教学目标和基本条件，搭建一个完整的教学体系，将理实这一概念引入，使学生在职业生涯中能有专业的素养水平，教师要将学生实践能力作为重点培养，打破传统教学中实践操作与知识理论脱节这一现象，使教师的教学目的更具有针对性，提升教学效率。……
