摘 要：以“新农科”和一流专业建设为契机，围绕立德树人、以学生为本、学教融合为课程目标，将思政元素融入农事操作实践教学活动，充分发挥实践课程教学创新模式在农科专业好感度和人才培养上的重要作用，提高农学类专业人才的能力和人才培养的质量，为新农业的可持续发展培养应用型人才。

Innovation and Integration of Practical Course of Agricultural Operation and Ideological and Political Education under the Background of New Agricultural Science

——A Case Study of Hetao University

Abstract： Taking the opportunity of “new agricultural science” and the construction of first-class specialty as well as centering on the curriculum goal of cultivating people， student-oriented， learning and teaching integration ， integrating ideological and political elements into the practical teaching activities of Agricultural Operation ， giving full play to the important role of the innovative teaching model of the practical courses in the cultivation of favorable impression and talents of the agricultural specialty， and improving the ability and quality of the cultivation of talents of the agricultural specialty， cultivating applied talents for the sustainable development of new agriculture.

2019年6月28日《安吉共識——中国新农科建设宣言》的发布，开辟了我国高等农林教育的新纪元[7]。新时代农科教育下，“新农科”建设是目前涉农高校发展的必然。从人才培养的角度来看，以往农林高校培养的学生大多数都走向农业行政、科技推广、农业产业发展等部门工作，在行业中流动具有明确的归属性和去向性。这一去向决定了农林高校在培养模式中更应注重实践性，注重和产业之间的关联等方面的教育，按照生产模式来设置教学内容和实践环节。而现在大学生的就业方向大多数直接面向市场，行业多且准入标准不同，这对于农高校人才培养模式也产生了冲击或脱离。

高校的根本任务在于立德树人、以文化人。“课程思政”的提出，既是新时代加强和改进高校思想政治工作的时代需求，也是全面提升高校思想政治工作质量的重要举措。但是如何将“课程思政”落到课程实际教学过程中，是实现立德树人根本任务、确保全过程育人的根本所在。……
