【摘  要】跨境电商是对外贸易的新型模式和增长点，跨境物流是制约跨境电商发展的重要因素。宁夏作为中国内陆欠发达地区，跨境物流成本高、运输时间长、信息不完善及质量难以保障等问题严重制约了跨境电商的发展。论文通过对宁夏跨境电商物流的发展现状进行分析，剖析跨境电商物流存在的问题及原因，探究和优化宁夏跨境物流的运营模式，进而推动宁夏跨境电商发展更加规范化、合理化。

【Abstract】Cross-border e-commerce is a new mode and growth point of foreign trade， and cross-border logistics is an important factor restricting the development of cross-border e-commerce. Ningxia， as an underdeveloped inland area in China， has seriously restricted the development of cross-border e-commerce， such as high cross-border logistics cost， long transportation time， imperfect information and difficult quality assurance. This paper analyzes the development status of cross-border e-commerce logistics in Ningxia， analyzes the problems and reasons of cross-border e-commerce logistics， explores and optimizes the operation mode of cross-border logistics in Ningxia， and then promotes the development of cross-border e-commerce in Ningxia to be more standardized and rational.

1 引言

随着对外贸易的蓬勃发展，跨境电子商务发挥了极其重大的作用，在一定程度上拓宽了国民的就业渠道，顺应了大众创业、万众创新的这一大趋势。国家为响应跨境电子商务的发展潮流，一些物流支持政策纷纷出台，如《服务贸易发展“十三五”规划》中针对邮政快递和国际货物代理两方面的明确支持。另外，一些跨境电商的相关政策将银川市列入其中，这都推动银川市的跨境物流发展逐步向好。但是宁夏地处内陆，物流配送就变成阻碍宁夏跨境电商发展的一大制约因素，且电商专业性人才匮乏、區内龙头企业较少都在一定程度上制约着宁夏跨境电商的发展。鉴于此，本文将通过综合探索宁夏跨境电商物流的发展现状，剖析其发展存在的问题，并提出有针对性的优化策略，致力于弥补自身发展中存在的不足，从而助力宁夏跨境电商物流的长足发展。……
