【摘  要】近年来，各大高职院校开始重视学生的创新创业教育，在人才培养方案中加入了相关内容，为学生提供校内创业孵化基地，并逐步通过校企合作来构建学校人才培养新平台，使学生的双创教育与双创实践有效地结合在一起，但实际情况与预期的教育效果仍有差距。论文结合就业工作、实习巡视及企业交流、调研的经验，针对现今校企合作对高职学生创新创业能力培养的进一步加强提出若干举措。

【Abstract】In recent years， the major vocational colleges began to pay attention to students' innovation and entrepreneurship education. They have added relevant content to the talents cultivation plan， and provide students with entrepreneurship incubator within the school， and gradually build a new platform for school talents cultivation through school-enterprise cooperation， so that students' mass entrepreneurship and innovation education and mass entrepreneurship and innovation practice can be effectively combined. However， there is still a gap between the actual situation and the expected educational effect. Combined with the experience of employment work， internship inspection， enterprise exchanges and research， the paper puts forward several measures to further strengthen the cultivation of innovation and entrepreneurship ability of vocational students through school-enterprise cooperation nowadays.

1 引言

自2014年李克强总理提出“大众创业、万众创新”之后，各地陆续掀起了双创的新浪潮、新态势，高校也积极响应，开始重视学生的创新创业能力培养。要想有效地培养学生的创新意识、创业精神和实战能力，除了传统模式下创新创业知识的理论教育，还需要融入相关的创新创业实践活动，校企合作模式的产生及应用，为高职院校的人才培养提供了有效路径。

2 高职学生创新创业能力培养的必要性

教育部提出，高等职业教育需要为社会培养高端技能型专门人才，大学生是国家人才资源的重要储备，大学生的能力、素质关系到国家未来的发展，只有创新才能发展。大学生思路灵活，更容易接受新事物，發展潜力大，具备较高的学识，因此，如果能很好地发掘大学生的创新创业能力，再加以培养和协助，那我国未来的发展将不可限量。为了……
