【摘  要】国企单位是国民经济的重要组成部分，基层党组织作风建设对于推动企业平稳成长和国民经济的迅速增长具有重要意义。然而目前国企基层党组织纪检工作仍存在岗位设置不全面、职责定位不明确、纪检机制不健全等问题。论文将结合以上问题提出一些加强基层纪检委员队伍建设的策略与意见，旨在为国企的基层党组织建设提供一些参考，从而推动国企紧跟党作风建设的步伐，为国民经济发展提供不竭动力。

【Abstract】State-owned enterprises are an important part of the national economy， and the style construction of grassroots Party organizations is of great significance to promote the steady growth of enterprises and the rapid growth of the national economy. However， there are still some problems existing in the discipline inspection work of grassroots Party organizations in state-owned enterprises， such as incomplete post setting， unclear responsibility orientation and imperfect discipline inspection mechanism. Based on the above problems， this paper puts forward some strategies and opinions to enhance the team construction of grassroots discipline inspection committee， aiming at providing some reference for the construction of grassroots Party organizations in state-owned enterprises， thus promoting state-owned enterprises to keep up with the pace of Party style construction and providing inexhaustible motive force for the development of national economy.

1 引言

党的十九大以来，党中央就党风廉政建设和反腐败斗争提出了一系列新理念和新举措，国企单位作为国民经济的命脉聚集了一大批国家骨干力量，因此，更要贯彻全面从严治党精神，加强党组织纪检委员队伍建设，深化纪检机制和管理理念等方面的改革创新，落实“三不”一体推进理念在国企党风廉政建设和反腐败斗争工作中生根发芽，推动企业形成正风肃纪的良好创业氛围。

2 加强纪检委员队伍建设的意义

基层党组织是党的重要根基，是党发展壮大的力量源泉。一方面，提高国企基层党组织纪检委员队伍综合素质对于加快基层党组织建设步伐，全面落实党章党规等方面具有重要意义。另一方面，随着全面从严治党重要战略部署的不断推进，要实现基层纪检监察工作体系的进一步完善，推动国企基层正风肃纪，贯通管党治党“最后一公里”，必须要重视基层党组织纪检队伍的建设。……
