【摘  要】国有企业党组织党员队伍建设得当，能够为企业的发展建设注入更多活力，推动企业朝着更好的方向发展，使得企业上下团结一心，有效地解决企业生产经营活动中所面临的矛盾与纠纷。那么，在当前复杂的经济环境下，国有企业究竟应当如何做好党员队伍建设工作，把握好党员队伍建设的基本要求呢？论文对相关问题进行详细分析和论述。

【Abstract】If the Party organizations in state-owned enterprises properly build up their teams of Party members， they can inject more vitality into the development and construction of enterprises， push enterprises to develop in a better direction， and make enterprises unite as one， effectively solve the contradictions and disputes in the production and operation activities of enterprises. So， in the current complex economic environment， how should state-owned enterprises do a good job in the construction of Party members， grasp the basic requirements of the construction of Party members？ The paper carries on the detailed analysis and the elaboration to the related question.

1 引言

国有企业党建工作的实施依托于优质的党员干部，党员队伍建设工作实施效果越好，那么各项党建工作实施效果也就越理想。但是，在新的时代背景下，人们的物质生活与精神生活都发生了巨大的变化，党员干部所受到的外界诱惑也在不断增多，加之企业党员的文化水平、成长背景不一，使得他们在理解和认识党的方针政策时存有巨大的差异，这也对企业党组织党建队伍建设提出了诸多新的挑战。

2 经常性教育与集中性教育有效结合，做好党员素质提升工作

2.1 扎实推进经常性教育

经常性教育是党员教育的主要途径。国有企业必须要重视相关教育工作的实施，其主要包含有以下方面的内容：一是做好政治理论教育。政治理论是党员思想教育工作实施的基础内容，如果作为一名党员，对于我党的政治理论知识了解都不够透彻，那么后期一系列工作的有效实施都将会成为空谈。……
