【摘  要】随着当前社会的不断发展，各行业都在有所改变，造价咨询企业也有着很大的进步。随着投资主体越来越丰富，那么全过程造价管理咨询已经逐渐地成为造价咨询行业的重要服务内容。论文先了解全过程造价咨询内容，再说明造价咨询企业全过程造价管理咨询服务的具体实施策略，为相关研究人员提供参考。

【Abstract】With the continuous development of the current society， all industries are changing， cost consulting enterprises have also made great progress. With more and more investment subjects， the whole process cost management consulting has gradually become an important service content of the cost consulting industry. This paper firstly understands the whole process cost consulting content， then explains the specific implementation strategy of the whole process cost management consulting service for the cost consulting enterprise， so as to provide reference for relevant researchers.

1 全过程造价管理内容

在全过程工程咨询中，造价咨询是其中的重要组成部分。全过程造价咨询自身具有专业性、系统性等特点，这样就需要咨询企业能够积极地利用自身的专业知识和方法，来更好地控制整个工程造价、原材料等，要将这一内容能够落实到整个项目中[1]。从根本上来讲，也就是需要让咨询公司能够做到对整个建筑工程项目成本的合理控制，保证在建筑工程项目施工完毕，结算不会超出预算，进而来推动建筑施工企业稳定向前发展。在全过程工程造价咨询中，主要有三个环节，分别是准备、实施和竣工。在准备过程中，造价咨询企业要根据建筑工程的具体情况来加以设计分析，以此为基础来科学合理地给出建议;在建筑工程施工过程中，咨询企业主要是了解建筑工程原材料、分配施工人员等情况，并且向建设单位提供相应建议，帮助建设单位更加准确地开展工作;在竣工阶段，咨询企业能够对建筑工程成本投入加以控制，还应该能够为建设单位提供相应成本投入建议。……
