[摘要]古琴是中国最古老的弹拨乐器之一，有着三千多年的悠久历史。古琴音乐风格独特，意蕴深厚，曲目数量众多，琴学理论丰富，琴家杰出，流派纷呈，在历史、文化、艺术、社会等方面具有独特的价值，是中国传统音乐中的瑰宝。在当前大力提倡非遗保护的环境下，亟须全面而客观地认识和评价古琴音乐，既将古琴音乐原汁原味地保护和传承下来，又立足时代要求，对其进行创新发展与合理利用，从而使古琴音乐焕发出新的生命力。

The Value， Significance， Development and Protection

of Guqin Music in the Context of

Intangible Cultural Heritage

Abstract： Guqin （a sevenstringed musical instrument）， with a long history of more than 3 000 years， is one of the oldest plucked instruments in China. Guqin music has a unique style， profound connotations， numerous repertoires， abundant theories， outstanding performers and various schools. It is of unique value in history， culture， art and society and so on， and is the treasure of Chinese traditional music. It is urgent to understand and evaluate Guqin music comprehensively and objectively in the current atmosphere of promoting the protection of intangible cultural heritage. We should not only protect and inherit the original Guqin music， but also innovatively develop and rationally utilize it based on the requirements of the times， so as to make Guqin music glow with new vitality.

中华民族在悠悠数千年的历史进程中孕育产生了丰富多彩的音乐品种和数量可观的音乐作品，它们是传统文化中的重要组成部分，承载着炎黄子孙对生活和生命的体悟，彰显着华夏儿女的精神和气度，体现出本民族特有的信念追求、民族性格、生命智慧、道德伦理以及行为方式。其中，被公认为世界最古老的弹拨乐器之一的古琴，显然已经超越了其作为乐器的价值和意义而成为中国传统文化历久弥新的一个见证者。古琴艺术被联合国教科文组织列入了第二批“人类口头和非物质遗产代表作”名录[1]和我国第一批“国家级非物质文化遗产”名录[2]，足见其对于世界文明和中华文明的重要性以及对其进行积极保护与合理利用的必要性。
