【摘 要】目的：探究欣母沛用于治疗子宫收缩乏力性产后出血的临床疗效情况。方法：选取我院2018年1月至2020年12月收治的80例治疗子宫收缩乏力性产后出血产妇的临床资料进行回顾分析，依据产妇止血方案的不同将其分为对照组（单纯使用缩宫素治疗）40例和观察组（缩宫素+欣母沛）40例，观察两组产妇产后止血有效性及产后2h、24h出血情况。结果：观察组产妇止血有效性显著高于对照组产妇（P<0.05）；观察组产妇产后2h、24h出血量均比对照组产妇少（P<0.05）。结论：欣母沛能够有效提高子宫收缩乏力性产后出血产妇止血的有效性，减少产妇产后出血，值得推广使用。

Clinical curative effect evaluation of hemabate in the treatment of uterine contractions fatigue sex postpartum hemorrhage

【Abstract】Objective： To explore the clinical curative effect of hemabate in the treatment of uterine contractions fatigue sex postpartum hemorrhage. Methods： From January 2018 to December 2020， the clinical data of 80 pregnant women with uterine contractions fatiguepostpartum hemorrhage treated in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed， on the basis of the different maternal hemostatic scheme，they were divided into control group （40 cases simple use of oxytocin treatment） and observation group （40 cases oxytocin + hemabate）， observing two groups of maternal postpartum hemostasis effectiveness and postpartum bleeding at2h， 24h. Results：The hemostatic effectiveness of the observation group is significantly higher thanthat of control group （P<0.05）； The amount of postpartum hemorrhage at 2 h and 24 h in the observation group was less than that in the control group（P<0.05）.Conclusion： Hemabate can effectively improve the effectiveness of hemostasis in uterine contractions fatigue sex maternal postpartum bleeding and reduce the maternal postpartum hemorrhage， which is worthy of promotion.

產后出血为产科常见并发症之一，也是导致我国孕产妇死亡的主要原因，子宫收缩乏力是产后出血的主要诱因，缩宫素治疗子宫收缩乏力性产后出血见效快，不良反应少，但具有个体差异性，导致药效作用不充分，部分患者止血效果较差[1]。欣母沛，为一种较强的子宫收缩剂，其对子宫平滑肌群具有强烈的收缩作用，使宫腔内开放的血窦、血管迅速闭合，从而起到有效的止血作用。可用来治疗难治性、子宫收缩乏力引起的产后出血，与传统的子宫收缩剂例如缩宫素、麦角新碱、米索前列醇等药物相比，具体高效、起效快、作用稳定等特点。此次研究选取我院2018年1月至2020年12月收治的80例治疗子宫收缩乏力性产后出血产妇的临床资料进行回顾分析，对其中40例给予欣母沛用于治疗子宫收缩乏力性产后出血临床疗效展开探究，具体总结如下。……
