【摘 要】目的：探讨计划生育节育手术后口服避孕药止血的疗效。方法：选择2018年1月至2020年12月来我院行节育手术的女性共100例，将100例女性随机分为对照组（50例）与观察组（50例）。对照组行节育手术后均给予抗感染治疗，观察组在抗感染治疗基础上给予妈富隆治疗，记录两组患者每次出血持续时间、每次出血量及出血症持续时间（术毕至不在有出血症状的时间），对比两组不良反应发生率。结果：观察组每次出血持续时间（1.87±0.31 h）、每次出血量（20.34±2.10 ml）及出血症持续时间（4.89±0.98 h）明显较对照组（2.67±0.54 h、39.98±5.23 ml、6.78±1.23 h）低（P<0.05），且两组患者在治疗期间均无严重不良反应。结论：计划生育节育手术后口服避孕药可降低术后出血量，缩短术后出血时间，且应用较安全。

Analysis of the effect of oral contraceptives on hemostasis after birth control operations

【Abstract】Objective： To explore the effect of oral contraceptives to stop bleeding after birth control operations. Method： A total of 100 women who came to our hospital for birth control from January 2018 to December 2020 were selected. 100 women were randomly divided into a control group（50）and an observation group（50）.The control group was given anti-infective treatment after birth control surgery， and the observation group was given Marvelon treatment on the basis of anti-infective treatment. The duration of each bleeding， the amount of bleeding each time and the time from the end of the operation to the absence of bleeding symptoms， the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups was compared. Results： The duration of each bleeding（1.87±0.31 h）， the amount of bleeding（20.34±2.10 ml） and the time from the end of the operation to the absence of bleeding symptoms（4.89±0.98 h） in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group （2.67±0.54 h， 39.98±5.23 ml， 6.78±1.23 h）（P<0.05），and there were no serious adverse reactions in the two groups during the treatment. Conclusion： Oral contraceptives after birth control surgery can reduce postoperative bleeding， shorten postoperative bleeding time， and are safer to use.

当前人流手术、上环患者比例不断增加，其中再次妊娠及人工流产人数较多[1]。目前我国医疗市场存在发展失衡及管理缺陷，使得我国计划生育节育手术并发症发生率不断增加[2]。因进行节育手术的女性患者身体素质各不相同，导致节育手术后患者出现不同程度的阴道出血，这不仅会损伤女性的身体健康，也会影响其生活质量[3]。因此为了降低节育手术术后阴道止血的发生率，本文分析了计划生育节育手术后口服避孕药止血的疗效，这为日后进行计划生育节育手术的患者选择合适的术后止血药物提供依据。

1.1 一般资料

选择2018年1月至2020年12月来我院行节育手术的女性共100例，年龄22岁～35岁，平均年龄（26.32±2.17）岁，手术类型：人工引流术者30例、取环术者40例、上环术者30例。……
