【摘 要】目的：探究分析克林霉素和阿奇霉素的药物不良反应。方法：从2019年1月至2020年12月我院收治的使用克林霉素和阿奇霉素药物出现不良反应的患者中抽选73例作为主要研究对象，分析患者出现的不良反应以及影响因素。结果：患者年龄小于12岁，克林霉素不良反应发生率明显低于阿奇霉素；患者年龄12岁～60岁，克林霉素不良反应发生率明显高于阿奇霉素；12岁～60岁的阿奇霉素不良反应发生率明显高于年龄大于60岁的患者；12岁～60岁的克林霉素不良反应发生率明显高于年龄小于12岁的患者和大于60岁的患者（P<0.05）；分别使用克林霉素、阿奇霉素出现过敏的占比均明显高于出现胃肠道反应和泌尿系统（P<0.05）。结论：使用克林霉素和阿奇霉素药物后分析出现的不良反应以及相关因素能够为合理用藥，减少不良反应提供有效依据，值得临床推广应用。

【Abstract】Objective： To explore and analyze the adverse drug reactions of clindamycin and azithromycin.Methods： From January 2019 to December 2020，73 patients who had adverse reactions to clindamycin and azithromycin were selected as the objects. Results： The patients were younger than 12 years old， and the incidence of clindamycin adverse reactions was significantly lower than that of azithromycin； patients were between 12～60 years old， and the incidence of clindamycin adverse reactions was significantly higher than that of azithromycin； the adverse reactions of azithromycin at 12～60 years old，the incidence is significantly higher than that of patients older than 60 years；the incidence of adverse reactions of clindamycin between 12 and 60 years old is significantly higher than that of patients younger than 12 years old and patients older than 60 years old（P<0.05）； the proportions of allergies with clindamycin and azithromycin were significantly higher than those with gastrointestinal reactions and urinary system（P<0.05）.Conclusion： Analysis of adverse reactions and related factors after using clindamycin and azithromycin can provide an effective basis for rational drug use and reduce adverse reactions， and it is worthy of clinical application.
