摘  要：随着新时期大数据时代的兴起，“全人全程全方位”式的智能健康管理服务能够全面增强用户体验，实现随时访问相关信息，保证健康信息的一致性和连续性，有效提升健康管理服务质量，不断提升人们生活品质，提高生命质量，适度缓解医疗资源短缺、分布不均衡、医疗费用高等问题带来的压力，从而打破被动医疗格局，推进疾病治疗向疾病预防和健康管理转变。

Research on Intelligent Health Management Service Design in the New Era

Abstract： With the rise of the era of big data in the new era， the "whole person， whole process and all-round" intelligent health management service can comprehensively enhance the user experience， access relevant information at any time， ensure the consistency and continuity of health information， effectively improve the quality of health management service， continuously improve people's quality of life， improve the quality of life， and moderately alleviate the shortage of medical resources The uneven distribution and high medical expenses bring pressure， so as to break the passive medical pattern and promote the transformation of disease treatment to disease prevention and health management.

随着社会不断进步，人们越来越重视健康管理问题。2019年7月，健康中国行动推进委员会制定了《健康中国行动（2019—2030）年》，明确指出“为了以较低成本取得较高健康绩效，必须关口前移，采取有效干预措施，努力延长群众健康寿命，使群众不生病、少生病、提高群众生活质量。”随着我国经济不断发展，诸如生物康养、温泉康养、森林植被康养等产业应运而生，一些与医疗相关的新技术和新应用随之应用到健康管理领域中。该文以新时期社会创新发展为背景，面向用户体验，根据用户潜在需求，运用现有技术手法和成熟流程设计服务对智能健康管理服务设计进行了初步探究，以期能够为人们创造和谐关系及面向未来的生活方式提供一些借鉴，促进人们健康生活[1]。
