摘 要：农业专利作为农业科研中最具创造性、先进性、实用性的技术载体，对于合理配置农业科技资源、保障农业科技创新、促进农业经济发展具有重要的推动作用。近年来，吉林省农业科学院通过激发科技创新活力、增强发展内生动力等一系列举措，农业专利申请数量与授权数量稳步增长，一大批产业特色鲜明、专业优势明显的农业专利获得授权，农业专利申请与保护总体成效显著。该文对2010—2019年吉林省农业科学院专利申请及授权情况进行了统计分析，总结了吉林省农业科学院专利发展状况、存在问题，并根据数据统计分析，提出了相应的对策建议。

—— A Case Study of Jilin Academy of Agricultural Sciences

Abstract： As the most creative， advanced and practical technology carrier in agricultural scientific research， agricultural patent plays an important role in promoting the rational allocation of agricultural scientific and technological resources， ensuring agricultural scientific and technological innovation and promoting agricultural economic development. In recent years， the Jilin Academy of Agricultural Sciences has achieved remarkable results in the application and protection of agricultural patents through a series of measures， such as stimulating the vitality of scientific and technological innovation and enhancing the endogenous power of development. Through the statistical analysis of patent application and authorization in our hospital from 2010 to 2019， this paper summarizes the patent development and existing problems of Jilin Academy of Agricultural Sciences， and puts forward corresponding opinions and suggestions according to the statistical analysis of data.

創新是引领科技发展的第一动力，是建设现代化经济体系的战略支撑。科技创新能力是评价一个国家国力和一个地区综合实力的核心要素，而专利作为自主技术创新的重要标志，可以从一个侧面反映一个国家或者地区的技术创新能力、科技发展水平和市场化程度。通过对专利进行评价可以预测科技发展趋势，为科研创新、产业发展提供决策参考。

吉林省是农业大省，是我国重要的商品粮生产基地，农业资源丰富。在农业领域全面有效的发挥农业专利的创造性、先进性及实用性，对于合理配置农业科技资源、保障农业科技的持续创新、促进农业经济的可持续发展、增强农产品的市场占有份额等都具有十分重要的现实意义。……
