摘 要：乡镇综合文化站建设对于促进农民安康、农业繁荣、农村发展以及城乡协调发展具有重要作用。但当前我国部分农村地区乡镇综合文化站建设中仍存在一些问题，具体体现在管理体制不健全、基层政府不够重视、基础设施不完备、人才队伍建设不到位、文化服务内容和形式落后等。因此，建议通过加大资金投入力度、建立长效管理机制、举办多样文化活动、培养专业文化人才、鼓励农民参与建设等措施推动乡镇综合文化站建设，实现可持续发展。

Problems and Countermeasures of the Construction of Rural Cultural Centers in China

Abstract： Rural cultural centers play an important role in promoting farmers′ well-being， agricultural prosperity， rural development and urban-rural coordinated development. However， some problems emerge in the construction of rural cultural centers in some rural areas in China， for instance， the imperfect management system， inadequate attention of grassroots governments， incomplete infrastructure， insufficient talents building and backward contents and forms of cultural service. For these problems， this paper suggests increasing capital input， establishing long-term management mechanism， holding various cultural activities， cultivating professional talents and encouraging farmers′ participation so as to further promote the construction of rural cultural centers and its sustainable development.

1 鄉镇综合文化站建设的重要性

乡镇综合文化站是以政府为主导，提供包括思想教育、科普培训、文艺娱乐、体育健身等多方面文化服务的公共性文化场所。乡镇综合文化站建设对于我国“三农”问题的有效解决等具有举足轻重的作用。

1.1 促进农民安康 乡镇综合文化站作为乡镇公共文化服务供给体系的重要组成部分，服务对象是全体乡镇居民，对于乡镇居民的生活水平、精神风貌等有着重要影响。乡镇综合文化站通过思想教育培训和科学文化知识普及，使农民对法律政策、生活知识有了正确的认识，改善了其生活作风、行为习惯，摈弃错误的三观和封建迷信思想[1]。此外，通过文娱活动的举办，促进了群众性文化活动的开展，提高了农村村民的身体素质，增强集体意识，促进乡邻关系改善。

1.2 促进农业进步 农业是我国国民经济的基础，这就决定了无论是过去、现在还是将来，农业都在国民经济发展中扮演着重要角色，而乡镇综合文化站对于促进农业繁荣具有重要作用。……
