[摘要] 目的 分析乳腺表淺良性肿物应用水平式乳腺旋切切除的效果。 方法 选取我院2019年1月至2020年12月乳腺患有表浅良性结节的女性患者100例为研究对象，按照手术方法不同，分为观察组（n=52）与对照组（n=48），观察组行水平式乳腺旋切除，对照组行传统乳腺手术切除。比较两组的手术时间、术中出血量、瘢痕长度、术后并发症发生情况、肿物残存情况和乳房美容效果。 结果 观察组的手术时间短于对照组，术中出血量低于对照组，瘢痕长度短于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）;观察组的并发症总发生率为5.76%（3/52），低于对照组的22.91%（11/48），差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）;两组患者均无乳腺肿物残存、复发;两组患者乳头形状和乳头感觉比较，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）;观察组的色素沉着得分高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。 结论 对于乳腺表浅良性肿物，水平式乳腺旋切切除与传统手术切除比较，在远期疗效方面无明显差异，但其具有手术时间短、术中出血量少等优点，且更美观，值得临床进一步推广使用。

Analysis on the effect of horizontal mastectomy with rotary cutting on superficial benign breast tumors

[Abstract] Objective To analyze the effect of horizontal mastectomy with rotary cutting on superficial benign breast tumors. Methods A total of 100 female patients with superficial benign breast nodules from January 2019 to December 2020 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into the observation group（n=52） and the control group（n=48）. The obstriation group treated with horizontal mastectomy with rotary cutting， the control group treated with traditional mastectomy， according to different surgical methods. The operation time，intraoperative blood loss，scar length， postoperative complications， residual tumor，and breast cosmetic effect were compared between the two groups. Results The operation time，intraoperative blood loss and scar length in the observation group were less than in the control group and the differences had statistical significance（P<0.05）.The total incidence rate of complications in the observation group was 5.76% （3/52），which was lower than that in the control group （22.91%， 11/48）， and the difference was statistically significant（P<0.05）.There was no residual or recurrence of breast tumors in the two groups.The differences in the nipple shape and nipple sensation between the two groups had no statistical significance（P>0.05）.The pigmentation score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group，and the difference was statistically significant（P<0.05）. Conclusion For superficial benign breast tumors，horizontal mastectomy with rotary cutting has no significant difference in long-term efficacy compared with traditional surgical resection. It has the advantages of short operation time， less intraoperative blood loss，and is more aesthetic.It is worthy of further clinical application.

乳腺良性腫块是一种临床上常见的乳腺疾病，近年来，其发病率呈逐渐增长的趋势，患者在就诊时主诉乳房肿胀、疼痛等，对女性的正常生活造成了极大的影响[1-2]。传统乳腺手术切除可有效治愈乳腺良性肿块，后期复发情况少，但是对健康组织损伤较大，术后有可能形成永久性瘢痕，甚至乳房变形，不能满足女性患者对乳房美观的需求[3-4]。……
