【摘 要】目的：探究中西医结合治疗方法在小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘中的应用，明确其对患儿产生的影响，并为医疗人员制定医疗方案提供可靠依据。方法：以完全随机的方式在本院中选取50例患有咳嗽变异性哮喘的患儿，其转入本院接受治疗的时间均处于2019年8月至2020年12月的时间段内。分析患儿各项基础性资料，确保其具备可比性。通过抽签的方式将参与研究的患儿合理分成不同两组，每组包括的患儿数量是25例。分别对两组实施不同的治疗手段。其中，对照组仅接受西医治疗，观察组在西医治疗的基础上，接受中医治疗。在研究正式结束前，收集两组数据进行分析与比较，判断数据之间是否存在差别，进而明确该项治疗手段实际效果。结果：发现在实施中西医结合治疗的情况下，不仅患者咳嗽消除时间明显缩减，而且治疗效果也显著提高。结论：中西医结合治疗实际效果良好，其能够对患者各方面产生积极影响。因此应对该项治疗手段的可靠性形成正确认知，并进行科学利用。

Treatment of cough variant asthma in children with integrated traditional Chinese and Western Medicine

【Abstract】Objective：To explore the application of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine in children with cough variant asthma， clarify its impact on children， and provide reliable basis for medical personnel to formulate medical plans. Methods： 50 children with cough variant asthma were selected in our hospital in a completely random way. The time of transfer to our hospital for treatment was from August 2019 to December 2020. Analyzing the basic data of children to ensure their comparability. The children participating in the study were reasonably divided into two groups by lot， and the number of children in each group was 25. The two groups were treated with different methods. Among them， the control group only received western medicine treatment， and the observation group received traditional Chinese medicine treatment on the basis of Western medicine treatment. Before the formal end of the study， collect the two groups of data for analysis and comparison， judge whether there are differences between the data， and then clarify the actual effect of the treatment. Results：It was found that in the case of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine， not only the cough elimination time of patients was significantly reduced， but also the treatment effect was significantly improved. Conclusion： the practical effect of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine is good， and it can have a positive impact on all aspects of patients. Therefore， we should form a correct understanding of the reliability of this treatment and make scientific use of it.
