【摘 要】目的：讨论护理干预对孕妇首次磁共振检查负性情绪改善效果。方法：选择60例在2018年1月至2021年1月期间首次使用磁共振检查的孕妇，分为两组，使用综合护理干预的为实验组，使用常规护理干预的为对照组。结果：两组的检查后的心率水平，抑郁评分，焦虑评分，护理满意率，生活质量评分以及检查成功率相比，差异较大（P<0.05）。结论：在首次磁共振检查的孕妇中使用综合护理干预，有利于缓解抑郁，焦虑等不良情绪，提高心率水平以及护理满意率，具有重要的临床价值。

Talking about the effect of nursing intervention on improving negative emotion of pregnant women in the first magnetic resonance examination

【Abstract】Objective： To discuss the effect of nursing intervention on the improvement of negative emotions of pregnant women during the first MRI examination. Methods： Sixty pregnant women who were treated with MRI for the first time from January 2018 to January 2021 were selected and divided into two groups. The experimental group used the comprehensive nursing intervention， and the control group used the conventional nursing intervention. Results： The heart rate level， depression score， anxiety score， nursing satisfaction rate， quality of life score and check success rate of the two groups after examination were significantly different（P<0.05）. Conclusion： The use of comprehensive nursing intervention in pregnant women undergoing MRI examination for the first time can help relieve depression， anxiety and other negative emotions， improve heart rate and nursing satisfaction rate， and has important clinical value.

孕婦在产前检查中一般使用超声检测，但是超声检查很容易受到胎盘位置，孕妇肥胖，胎儿颅骨等原因的影响[1]。随着核磁共振技术的不断发展，在产前检测中使用核磁共振检测，可以弥补超声检测的不足之处，及时检查出胎儿畸形的情况，促进优生优育[2]。在检查前，孕妇很容易产生焦虑，抑郁情绪[3]。在首次磁共振检测中使用综合护理干预，有利于缓解不良情绪，让孕妇感到满意。本文中选择60例在2018年1月至2021年1月期间首次使用磁共振检查的孕妇，具体报道如下。

1.1 一般资料

选择60例在2018年1月至2021年1月期间首次使用磁共振检查的孕妇。实验组，女性30例，年龄19岁～41岁，平均年龄（29.52±1.56）岁；对照组，女性30例，年龄20岁～42岁，平均年龄（28.38±1.16）岁。

1.2 方法

选取的孕妇均使用核磁共振检测。在对照组中使用常规护理，主要根据医嘱配合医生进行检查，在检查前讲解一些注意事项。……
