摘 要 本文介绍了农村房地一体确权登记的测量方法，通过对解析法、全野外数字测图成果图解法、航测立体采集法、真正射影像采集法、倾斜摄影测量成图法以及勘丈法等不同测量方法的对比分析，提供各种测量方法的优缺点，以便在农村房地一体确权登记测量的过程中选择使用。

Discussion on Surveying Methods for Integration of Land and House Ownership Registration in Rural Areas

Abstract： Surveying methods for integration of land and house ownership registration in rural areas were introduced. Through comparative analyses of various surveying methods， such as analytical method， total field digital mapping result graphic method， aerial survey stereo acquisition method， real projection acquisition method， oblique photogrammetry mapping method and survey method， advantages and disadvantages of various surveying methods was presented. It is convenient to choose appropriate methods in integration of land and house ownership registration in rural areas.

近年來，为深化农村改革，统筹城乡发展，实施乡村振兴，中央连续六年以一号文件安排部署农村宅基地和集体建设用地房地一体确权登记工作（以下简称“农村房地一体确权登记”）。在进行农村房地一体确权登记工作中，综合分析有关测量方法的技术特点，选取适合项目所在地区情况的最优的技术方法，对提升作业效率和成果质量有极大的帮助。农村房地一体确权登记测绘工作包括地籍测绘和房产图测绘2个部分，其中地籍测绘又包括到控制点测量、界址点测量和地籍图测量等工作。随着科技的进步发展，越来越多的技术和方法被运用到测量工作中来，近年来，随着航空摄影测量技术的逐渐成熟，地籍测量逐渐摆脱了传统的野外勘测的手段，尤其是倾斜摄影测量三维建模技术发展，为地形图测量提供了更多的技术手段。
